Location is fantastic, lovely neighbourhood, supermarket is in the building, all what is needed is on a walking distance including Croissette. Parking place is excellent and in front of the building. Apartment is great and comfortable equiped with all that someone need for a stay.
Nicolas was very polite and available to help and answer all questions.
Fully recommendation for this accomodation.

the apartment is part of a private home of a very nice elderly couple - the price (mipim…) was absolutely fair and all tidy and clean. the apartment interior is partly 70th but all functional and good bed - spacious as well

I would not recommend le cannet as a destination. The flat was uncomfortable so we went for a walk but it’s a really gritty area There are better places outside of Cannes to enjoy your holiday in the south coast

The fridge, microwave and kettle were a great bonus for self-catering, and the hosts were very friendly and responsive. The additional coffee maker was a real treat. Buses into town leave regularly from a bus stop a short walk away, and the nearby hypermarket was very convenient. I loved looking out onto the garden, particularly in the morning. A really nice stay, and amazing value for money. Thank you for a great stay 😊👍

Manon is a very friendly host and her mother as well. The studio was fully equipped from A to Z. The host was also generous enough to leave a box of treats inside the studio (chocolate and jelly beans), pasta to cook, and beers in the fridge. Also, you can find only few steps away: the bus station,a huge supermarket, and a pharmacy. I really recommend it. Thanks Manon

The staff organized a replacement room for me after the first room given didn't have working air conditioning. The hotel is far from the center of Cannes, but there are some charming restaurants on a nearby street about a five minute walk away.
