Front desk is friendly and nice. Rooms and bathroom are very small which is very common around city center but still fine and very affordable for price

The room was quite nice, and also quite clean. Some of the Hotel Staff Members were also pretty nice. The location of the Hotel is perfect if you plan to explore the city by the public transportation, because the Metro Station Louise Michel is right around the corner.

Staff was exceptional and friendly. Awesome location. Great price.

This is scam. This hotel has nothing to do with the 4 stars Mercury hotel chain. There is no reception desc (one chair and small table), no bar, no restaurant, nothing. There is no parking as it stated in description. The hotel is small and dirty. Rooms are twice smaller than described on Booking. There is no way to regulate the hitting temperature in the rooms, you should strugle from hot or cold. The size of the lobby is 40 sq. m. (they serve breackfast in the same place).

Nice safe area, without the traffic, hustle & bustle of the main city area, yet we found several food options and convenience stores, also travel to the main Paris city areas was quick and easy via the train and merro networks.

I'm a GENIUS level 2 Booking.com member.
I'm a GENIUS level 2 Booking.com member. The advertisement in the Booking.com platform is a cheating advertisement for the specific apartment as the situation with the apartment has nothing to do with the reality. Very old apartment, I found broken the surface of the kitchen etc. First, last minute the owner informed me by an SMS that the apartment has no lift!! the apartment is in the 5th floor! And I was obliged to transfer the valises on hand to the 5th through a small escalator and vs! if this was been mentioned to the Booking.com advertisement, by far sure I didn't book this unacceptable apartment. But the worst was that the bed was extremely dirty, they didn't change the sheets from the prior client, it was full of animal and human hair etc other material... and the owner didn't reply to our phone calls, messages and emails in order to clean the apartment!! No wardrobes for the clothes as the one small existed was full with the clothes of the owner! I was obliged to find another place to stay the first night, call a cleaner to clean the apartment and buy new clean sheets, pillows and blanket to stay the rest of the days!! I did an extra expenses for this unacceptable Appartment of more than 500€!! and Booking.com until now didn't answer to my claim!! Booking.com took from me more than 1000€ for 4 nights and they didn't yet reply to me in my official claim!! I trusted Booking.com because I was thinking that what they offer to their platform is always reliable, checked and accurate. This is not the case with this apartment, I was cheated and this is unacceptable.

Levallois-Perret is quite busy and neat.
Levallois-Perret is quite busy and neat. Some construction works are undertaking but well secured for people safety. Shopping areas, restaurants and vegetable/fruit shops are within walking distance, hence making a perfect stay. My visit was around June hence I enjoyed late sunsets @ around 24 hours! Shop owners are friendly and willing to help and are able to speak fair English. It made my work easier. I would love to go back!

I had few minor issues but could never get someone to assist me properly. I had no tv for my entire stay and I am old person, I like to watch tv at night. They never came to check for the tv even if I repeatedly said it was important. Nobody seemed to care and I am still waiting for the refund of the first night as promised. They keep bouncing me. Very bad guest experience

This is a great area.
This is a great area. Lots of small businesses and eateries; access to anything you may need, In addition, close to Metro.
Our favorite spot was the market, which was open 3 days a week with a lovely display of fresh produce, meats and pastries as well as other products.
There are eateries of many nationalities in this area and we tried several. We also enjoyed the bakeries, which not only sold delicious pastries, but awesome sandwiches and quiche which were a tasty and less expensive option than restaurants.
Activities vary depending on time of year. We arrived during a street music festival. As already mentioned, the market took place 3 days a week and we were very close to the metro with easy access to all of the main tourist attractions of Paris

Really loved this hotel. The rooms were really spacious for Paris and the full kitchentte was a bonus and would be great for a longer stay especially with a Lidl located a few steps away. The rooms were spotless clean. Even though we arrived late at night details were provided to get access and it was really straight forward. Even though it is not located in the centre of Paris it is easy to take the metro into the centre and the area it is located in, Levallois-Perret, was really clean, safe, quiet and a nice area to stay.
The room was clean and large enough for 2 people. Levallois-Perret is a really nice area with a nice market so the surrounding is also attractive and easy access to the center. The staffs are kind and supportive, and also it is super nice that they have free water/coffee.
The hotel was really clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming! As a female solo traveller, it felt like a really safe place to stay, which I really appreciated.
