中国首先预定体系非常有问题，页面设计2间房可以入住前取消，实际付款时变成了一间可取消，一间不可取消。沟通多次，先说找不到订单，后来说同意退款，又迟迟一个月不给予退款到账，没见过这样的酒店。非常差的体验！请速退款！First of all, the reservation system has serious problems. The page design stated that for the two rooms booked, they could be cancelled before check-in. But when it came to the actual payment, it turned out that one room could be cancelled while the other couldn't. I've communicated with them several times. At first, they said they couldn't find my order. Later, they said they agreed to a refund, but it has been a whole month and the refund still hasn't been credited to my account. I've never encountered such a hotel. It's a really terrible experience!
