The rooms are old and dated. The aircon doesn’t work very well and the windows have locks on them. The room was hot and stuffy. The ibis rooms are accessed via the Novotel. Apart from the reception and dining area it all looks a bit shabby.

The hotel was clean and well kept, but a bit on the small side. The breakfast was adequate, but the bathroom was really small, if you were overweight you would certainly struggle to get into the seperate toilet!! The towels were very small also, but for the price we were paying it would be churlish to complain.
The Ibis Budget Hotel Perplgnan-Nord helped us out in a moment of distress. We had a reservation at a "vacation colony" in Leucate. Our plane was late in arriving in Toulouse, and we couldn't get to the entrance gate until after they closed - so we were locked-out at 23:00 with nowhere to go. I looked up the nearest hotel, and it was this Ibib Hotel. They had a 24-hour available lady at the desk who gladly took our reservation, and we had a great place to sleep and have breakfast the next morning. Such a relief!!!
Family room was perfect and quiet; 3 standard beds for our 3 kids and a double for us, behind a sliding door offering some privacy.
Rivesaltes is very well located near Perpignan, Spanish border, the famous Cather Castles,…
The property owners give you the opportunity to enjoy and nice evening dîner with local food and wines.
There is a swimming pool where you can refresh yourself and a hot and sunny day.
The hotel was very new, unlike most of the other hotels listed for the area. The room was a good size, very clean and modern and I appreciated there was a refrigerator in the room. The bed was very comfortable but the plastic protective sheet on the mattress underneath the sheets made me sweat. Breakfast was great and the dinner was also very good. Would stay here again and would recommend it to others.
Having stayed at this hotel in 2005, I was familiar with the location. 20 minutes from Perpignan, Rivesaltes airport. Just adjacent to main autoroute and Cap Commercial area.
Sadly, the hotel is getting a little tired. Swimming pool was a great bonus.
Happy with our choice and still value for money. Accor group should invest in a room refurbishment programme to this good hotel.
Located in the heart of Rivesaltes, excellent stop over on way to Spain. pleasant welcome by the owner .Clean room, good towels and comfortable bed . The room was air conditioned and the location quiet . Excellent breakfast in a lovely shady courtyard.
We used this hotel to spend a night as we were travelling from Belgium to Spain. Overall it met our expectations to stay for 1 night. Room was clean and quite. Receptionist was quite friendly. Overall area of the hotel was well secured.
