If you are flying into CDG, this is the spot to stay. We just walked over to our terminal on our flight back home to DFW. Restaurant was good, staff spoke excellent English and the rooms were great. Comfy beds and a good breakfast.

The breakfast was great, the room was spacious, and the staff were polite and attentive. Perfect place to stay when you arrive or fly out of Paris. They provided a free shuttle to the airport the next morning for our flight out. The hotel is very close to the terminals, but it was definitely more convenient to catch a shuttle than it is to call a taxi.

    Ideal for a layover at the airport. Or if you were just using as a base for visiting Paris and not spending much time in your room. We literally just stayed one night between flights and it was perfect for that. Clean, basic accommodation. Helpful staff. Not too noisy. Good value for money.

    We had to walk with luggage from the bus stop and we turned in the wrong entrance because it was not visible as far as I signed. After a pretty lengthy walk with a lot of luggage we made it to the right property and the check-in was all the way around back. More walking about 30 minutes from the bus stop till we finally made it inside. We were very tired but the lady running the front desk was the most helpful person. She even helped me with my arrangements for shuttle

    I’m quite appalled with this hotel claiming to be 4-star. No room service, no meals or bar drinks after 22:30, not even a bottle opener in the room (for security reasons I was told). And I received a random charge days after checkout that was never explained to me. The overall experience was frustrating and hugely disappointing and I doubt I’ll ever trust a Novotel again. The only “good” options being (purchased at reception) some sort of apple sauce, chocolate cake, Pringles and smarties! Major disappointment for this claimed level of hotel

    The hotel offer a shuttle service to the air port, on the morning of my pre- booked trip 8 customers were waiting for the shuttle. The booking clearly states book early only 7 Spaces available. I was refused access despite early booking and payment made. Hotel refused to refund my payment and reception informed me they would call a Taxi at my expense. The shuttle was over booked, I have not been refunded or compensated for the high cost of a private TAXI The cost is one aspect, importantly I was reliant on this shuttle to get me to the Airport for an international flight. Please note, the shuttle operates under a different name "TIME ATTITUDE" however, the shuttle driver referred me to reception to arrange alternative transport. The receptionist made a telephone call and after gave me an Hotel business card and told me to make a claim on the Email address on the card

    It was so close to the Airport which was great.

    It was so close to the Airport which was great. Staff were very helpful and polite. Airport staff were very helpful. I had a morning flight so the hotel was perfect for me. After reading many negative comments, I was a bit reluctant to stay there. But the room was spotless. I would definitely stay there again.

    The food was adequate.

    The food was adequate. My wife returned her salad because it was wilted and spoiled lettuce. The beer was good. The staff was friendly. The room was very small. Just large enough for a queen size bed. We were tired, and it was just one night. Finding the shuttle was confusing because they all leave from the same bus terminal and it was raining. We ended up paying for a taxi. We were 5 minutes late for our shuttle the next morning. We paid for another taxi. (Shuttle drivers don't wait) CDG is very busy and a nightmare to navigate. We had great taxi service each time.

    Nice spacious hotel room and hotel located walking distance to the airport terminal, via CDGVal. The breakfast was also very good. If you need to be located near the airport, whether you're arriving in Paris, or leaving, I would recommend this hotel. The fact that you can walk to CDGVal means that you can easily access the airport terminal, or the RER B that connects you to Paris, without having to rely on taxi, or shuttle. The hotel surrounding was very quiet.

    Great location near Charles De Gaulle Airport. Aeroville shopping mall nearby. Nice village (Roissy-en-France) nearby with good restaurants and a nice little church. There's a big park where you can walk around to do your daily exercise. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This is our 3rd stay in 2 years. Definitely value for money.

    The hotel was near to Paris CDG airport (knows as airport hotels) but it was too far from Paris City Center. No transport convenience from hotel to city center. To reach Paris city center, need to go to airport (by bus) and take two trains to reach city center.

    Shuttle light rail train shuttle between hotel and any terminal at Charles De Gaulle airport was free and very easy to use. Good food for meals. The included breakfast was excellent. Friendly multi lingual staff.

    Lovely clean, airport hotel, with very pleasant staff. Only stayed one night when flight from Gran Canaria couldn't land at Belfast or any other UK or Ireland airport due to storm Isha so was diverted to Paris
