Aberdeen is a very nice city. Clean with a community vibe, while bustling with activity and business. The people in Aberdeen were friendly, approachable and helpful. I got talking to few at a bar and ended up drinking with them until closing. Great beach very close at hand. Usually stop in Aberdeen as a halfway stop between my Mother's home up near Fraserburgh and my home in Manchester, to break up the length of time travelling due to ill health. We enjoy doing a lot of shopping and visiting the cinema there, and there is always somewhere to go for entertainment. Walking near the harbour is enjoyable and watching the ferries coming in, always makes me want to jump on and go to visit the Shetlands, which I will do later this year. The bus station and the rail station are very handy and near each other. They are connected by a shopping center and good public toilets there, as well as being covered from the wind and rain also is a good thing.
