Very nice location close to the city centre. They have a parking lot (extra) which is very useful and not overly expensive. Hotel is very nice and well furnished. Personnel is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, although maybe not as good as one would expect from a hotel like this one.

Beautifully clean. Amazing view of the city. Very comfortable queen & single beds and linens. The hotel is attached to a mall and a train station - very handy for finding restaurants, items you forgot to pack, and for catching the train. Great location for walking around the city. A special thank you to housekeeping (Ian) who helped one evening with a mess we accidentally made. He arrived quickly and was so gracious to us. ALSO, if you arrive by car, follow the instructions the hotel gives you. They sound complicated but they are totally accurate and work well.

Perfect, especially when I consider the price for the stay. Hotel is in the city center so everything is close. No parking in the hotel, but you can park nearby and in our case for free (parking is free over the nigh).

This hotel is on the high end of the ibis standard. Clean, very comfortable bed, lovely staff.

Amazing property, we say deers running in the evening, sheeps and coos. Rooms were modern and clean, breakfast was diverse and very good. Elegant and remarkable, the receptions the staircase, the restaurants and the bar area are all exceptional, made us feel as if we stayed at Balmoral Castle, which somehow is true, since the construction of Ardoe House iwas inspired by the scottish baronial style of Balmoral Castle. PS: they have reopened the pool and spa area, we have not used them but looked very nice

The location was fabulous, our room was on the second floor overlooking the gardens, one minute walk to Union Street, three minutes walk to His Majesty's Theatre. Parking at the back of the hotel. All in all, a great weekend stay. Highly recommend

The concierge on entry was amazing!

We highly rate the tidiness, size and cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was outstanding. They even got an awesome coffee machine. 10 out of 10. Love that they got the option to use the swimming pool and gym as well.

Best hotel stay in a while - great value for money, beautiful building and very comfortable room; service is friendly, plenty of space to work/lounge around the property; the food served at the bar/restaurant was tasty. We will be happy to come back!

The location was right in the middle of city centre which was very convenient for everything. It was clean and comfy. I liked that there was less contact with staff but knew they were there if needed help with anything.
