Beautiful rooms and bathrooms with all the home comforts like mini refrigerator, coffee machine, room safe, bathrobes, slippers, and quality toiletries. Comfortable, aesthetically pleasing, warm public spaces in which to relax and enjoy the delicious coffee and food from the bar menu. Lovely restaurant, great service, wonderful breakfast, and good food. Fantastic customer service, attentive staff and managers present at all times. Any inconvenience anticipated by staff and manageress and avoided e.g. our room was upgraded to a quieter suite when there was a function in the restaurant.

We absolutely loved the place and fell in love with the hotel, the village and the whole island of Alderney. We had a suit and it was just perfect. Free water, even to take out, is provided 24/7 for guests. The breakfast is cooked fresh and just delicious. We would definitely return anytime!
