WE stayed for 3 nights and found the Caravan to be very clean and the beds were very comfy, having two double beds instead of 1 double and 2 single was a bonus. The caravan isn't in your typical caravan park but we had no issues with the location and found it to be a peaceful location. The kitchen had all the equipment you would need including and air fryer. Towels and toilet roll were also provided.

The caravan suited all of our needs. The friendly people on site were fantastic and left us to enjoy our peaceful stay on their lovely site. Enjoyed every second, and would stay again. Loved the walk by the river and being able to walk for chips up the road. A friendly hedgehog also walked past us during our evening sat outside star gazing.

The caravan itself was fine and had everything you needed. Lovely living room space and smart tv with good internet. Beds very comfy. Two toilets and two bedrooms. Parkin right outside and a little green space. Dog friendly. Nothing around or on site if you’re looking for any extras

We loved our stay, we are family of five. My children found the place very comfortable. The bedrooms were clean and very pleasant. The towels provided were big and exceptionally soft. The kitchen was fully equipped if you needed to prepare a quick dinner. It had everything we needed. The area is very quiet, no noise from the road. We visited Glamis Castle and Lunan Bay beach that are very close to travel. We had a lovely and memorable break at Kamba Cottage.

Arbroath is a nice coastal town, good size for walking...

Arbroath is a nice coastal town, good size for walking around all the main areas. Main shopping street a bit tired with lots of closed shops, but enough coffee, bars and restaurants. We used the Wetherspoons a few times which is always good value for money, and The Old Brewhouse at the harbour was a good sized hearty meal in small but nice restaurant/bar. The Signal Tower Museum is worth a visit for history on the Bell Rock Lighthouse. We walked the coastal path north, my husband walked about 11 miles to Lunan Bay, signposts were ok, but skirting around farms and small villages was long, but interesting. Montrose is also good for a visit, especially for bird watchers around the tidal basin and coastal rivers. All around is excellent area to explore and walk, we had good dry weather which is always a bonus.

the apartment was gorgeous and so was the view from the...

the apartment was gorgeous and so was the view from the terrace. The walks were also gorgeous overlooking the beach. Arbroath itself was a bit run down and not a lot of shops but lovely views across the water and at the harbour . Fish and chips at the harbour was amazing . Pleasure land and jumping joeys fantastic for the kids.
