The apartment was beautiful. It was very nicely decorated in a sea surf theme with lots of art pertaining to Northern Ireland.
The kitchen was well stocked with utensils etc.
The owners also provided a cupboard full of board games, racket games, toys and great books.
The bedrooms are spacious with loads of cupboards and drawers.
The bathroom was large and provided custom made soaps etc.
The owners had kindly provided all the essentials for a nice cuppa, including bread, buns, milk etc.
I loved that it was warm and cozy as I become cold very easily.
There is also designated carpark space.
I would definitely recommend this apartment.

We were greeted by Paul, who gave us the lay of the land and took us to a beautiful room with a great view. Key system works great for ease of access anytime. The room and bath were large and very accommodating. Coffee, tea, and biscuits in the room and the lobby. We utilized the laundry service as we were on the last days of our trip and Sue did a wonderful job. The breakfast service was excellent as well. Easy walking distance to the harbor and heart of the town.

If the weather had been better we would have visited the nearby beaches. There are plenty of supermarkets and a shopping mall too. We visited the 10 pin bowling alley, which was just perfect for a rainy day.
The coastal drive is good and it isn't far from Cultra where the Ulster Folk and Transport Museums are located. These are definitely worth a visit.
We ate at Bryansburn Inn. It wasn't too busy, the food was fabulous and at a very reasonable price.

Bangor is a really nice costal 'small' city. Facilities and amenities were very good and there is an excellent coastal walk.
A large group of us eat at 'The Nines' and the food and service was very good and is recommended.
Definitely think we will be coming back for a long Weekend.
A small group of us went in the snug (with the Dog) for a drink, nice place for a Guinness.

The town seems to be in a slow downward spiral, certainly more commercial properties are closed/boarded up than when we last visited.
Easons must be closed 4+ years, and is still empty and covered with graffiti. Everything from there down to the marina on both sides now closed up.
Even "The Goats Toe" bar is closed, which we've enjoyed in the past, as a live music/food venue.
Strange considering the size of the town, railway station, marina and obvious wealth ( looking at the houses, anyway)

The beautiful Marina has much to see and the enjoyable coastal walk that you can take to Holywood. Ballyholm is a 25 mins walk and has coffee and restaurants dotted along it.
Rge Arora swimming pool & train station to the Airport & Belfast is just on the door step.
The town itself is just basic but it's a holiday town.

Wonderful location by the sea.
Wonderful location by the sea. Fabulous views and walks along coastline.
Sad to see the town centre/shops so run down.
Bangor needs a facelift to restore it to its former glory.
A lot of good facilities for families and children, but less for adults

Lovely house, loads of space. Such a pleasure to stay in a real family home full of art and books and cosy corners to relax in. Right on the front so lovely views and had the weather been better we would have enjoyed sitting out in the garden. Great to have two living rooms so little ones can play and watch cartoons in one and the 'grown ups' can enjoy peace and quiet in the other!
The hotel was close to the seafront and had off-street parking which was very useful. The owners were very friendly, and there was a relaxed atmosphere. There was a stocked kitchen for breakfast.
The breakfast was good however no one mentioned that if you had did not have a cooked breakfast then it was cheaper. I should have been made aware of this when I checked in.
