The room and wash room are very spacious, super clean. It’s located in a nice residential area which is very quiet and safe. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has good variety and it is delicious. We found a Thai restaurant within walking distance which provides very authentic Thai food.

We had a room in the smallest category on the top floor and were very happy with it. It was cosy, well designed, with a functional bathroom that even Had a bathtub. We loved the little details like the record player, the doll house with the coffee maker and the snacks from the pantry. The staff at No. 15 was exceptionally helpful and kind. We even got a little surprise in our room because it was my birthday.

A very pretty and compact town.

A very pretty and compact town. Lots to see and do and plenty of places to sit and enjoy street entertainment. Good value cafes and restaurants. Wear sensible footwear as you will walk a lot. I would never go for the Christmas markets as there are too many people and I don't like crowds.

We return to Bath again and again.

We return to Bath again and again. There is always so much to do and see. Lots of individual shops, a wonderful museum and of course the baths themselves are good. There are also some excellent restaurants there.

Try and go on an organised walking tour as it was so interesting and helpful. Beautiful buildings, many individual shops, great restaurants. We went to the Thermae spa which was lovely, roof top pool with Bath mineral water, jacuzzi, steam rooms, sauna. Jane Austen museum was great if you are a fan. So much to see and do, definitely worth a visit. It is worth noting that it is a busy place.

Bath is always a great place to visit - the Abbey, the Baths, good art and lovely Georgian architecture. The Holbourne Museum is well worth a visit and there is often something extra going on, like the Jane Austen procession, an show and the art trail. The Theatre Royal is a hidden gem and worth visiting to see a show. Parking is terrible but there are reasonably priced taxis. More difficult with the buses, though. Lovely walking along the canal and in the parks and just around the town. Bath is also a good centre for visiting some of the other wonderful things to do and see in the immediate area.

From the architecture to the surrounding landscape, everything about Bath was picturesque and lovely. While our hotel was a little ways from the town center, both the public transit and local taxi service made it easy to travel back and forth. It was walkable and tourist friendly, which made our daily excursions relaxed and fun. We loved Mary Shelley's House of Frankenstein and the Jane Austen Center, which are conveniently located almost next door to each other on historical Gay Street. The Roman Baths are a must-see, and truly bring the history of Bath alive. You'll get your Bridgerton fix in by visiting the Royal Crescent and Royal Victoria Park.

Bath has lots to offer, we visited the Abbey, Roman Baths, we did the open top bus tours and a boat trip. We ate at Sally Lunn’s enjoying their famous buns and trencher meals. There are plenty of shops many independent in side streets and a quirky bookshop and indoor market. There were many museums we didn’t see. On our last evening we went to the viewing point in Alexandra Park and had a wonderful view of the city. I was sad to leave as the Jane Austen week was starting.

Lovely hotel, comfortable beds and very nice spa facilities. The restaurant on site was fantastic- amazing food and great service. Kids options were very good as well. When my son hurt his toe at the pool the staff was really attentive - even gave him an ice cream which was a nice gesture :) the grounds around the hotel were so peaceful. Also it’s a lovely walk down the canal to the Bath city centre from the hotel , I’d really recommend doing it :)

This is a beautiful hotel in a reasonably quiet location that is very convenient for the city centre of Bath. It was useful to have parking on site. Staff were friendly and very accommodating and our room was spacious, stylish and spotlessly clean. The grounds are well maintained and there was plenty of seating to sit outside. We dined in the hotel restaurant on our last evening and the food and service were excellent.
