Alessia at the hotel reception was exceptionally helpful towards my missus and I and helped us book a later check out. Room was spacious and very clean. Bar was just downstairs and we could order breakfast in the morning and eat up in our room which was nice. Cheap and cheerful stay whilst visiting a gig at the Bedford Esquires just down the road. The room was very clean (if a little dark as it was north-facing) with a very good shower and a comfortable bed. The hotel was quiet and I had a very good night's sleep. The buffet breakfast was very standard but fried or poached eggs were cooked fresh and to order and arrived quickly. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
