Belfast city has lots to offer. The open-top bus tour is a good start. The City Hall is even better (and free!) for the amazing architecture and self guided tour of the information rooms. You can relax in the grounds.
The Titanic exhibition is very good but way too crowded. Not sure how you get to see much of it.
You can get around the city by bus if you check your map for the route, as the bus stops generally don’t have route maps. Or walk to Grand Central Station to go further afield. I can recommend Lough Neagh for a calming walk and vast wildlife.

The history of Ireland, epitomized by Belfast and its Troubles, is historically heartbreaking, but inspiring at the same time, proof that peace is a process requiring compromise and commitment from both sides. World leaders today, as always, should take heed of what can be accomplished if both sides in conflict are dedicated to lasting resolution.

I didn't stay for a long time, but Belfast is welcoming and easy going. All the bus drivers smiled at me and said hello (hard to believe, I know). Streets are busy until relatively late evening. At lunch time, I've seen quite a few closed restaurants in South Belfast, but still could find something good with nice staff. Very lucky with the warm and sunny weather. Would definitely go back for a longer time.

Easy town to navigate and get around, plenty of public transport.
We got a bus from the airport for around £13 return.
Uber to the airport was around £36.
Good selection of coffee shops and cafes.
The IVY was a reasonable place to eat at and tables were easy to book.
Would visit again

We have used this hotel several times to stay in Belfast. It is in a quiet location with off-street parking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very comfortable. 20 mins walk from city centre. An added bonus is the return of the breakfast option.
Location great, reception staff amazing..we had help from staff all the time. Fresh water and coffee every day.. And towels.. Rooms was made every day.. Hotel is in the city centre everything is walking distance. Bus, centre, ulster hall., opera house'
The location of the Malone was great, we were able to walk to the city centre with no issue whatsoever. At one point we did get a taxi back and the cost was negligible so location is absolutely one of the best aspects of this hotel.
The location was very close to the city centre. The hotel was lovely, as were all the staff. The food delicious and the restaurant and bar staff very friendly. All the staff were incredibly helpful.
