NorwayOur friend group of six ladies on a girl's weekend loved everything in this hotel. The service was absolutely wonderful and the staff was amazing. They even made breakfast for the part of our group running the marathon way before breakfast opening times. Every person we met was lovely and attentive. When I was feeling ill, the breakfast staff asked my friends where I was, and I ended up getting breakfast in my room as an extra service. So nice!
The beds were very comfortable, and the location was great. We walked down to the city centre in about 15 minutes. The street was also quiet, so we slept very well even though our room faced the street. There is nothing bad to say about this hotel, it was great!

The service was really great (we had some noisy neighbors, but the nice lady at the reception desk informed the guests about the noise and helped us without any problems). fine city to visit. We loved the city center shopping. I found it easy to drive around and parking, while quite expensive, was central and easy to find. The food was very varied and excellent everywhere. there are 2 caolics in our family and glutten free options were available everywhere and very good. We particularly enjoyed Queens university, the Titanic area, and the city center shopping.

Great city with so much to see and do! There’s something there for everyone…museums, art, music, hotels, pubs, restaurants, history, gardens, genealogy, theatre….Plus the public transportation system is great!

Belfast is such an amazing place so much to see and do and i know everyone says it but the people really are so nice and friendly,the prices are city prices so dont be expecting a cheap trip but it is well worth going 100%
The Titanic centre is unbelievible amust to go and see.
For food we went to fratteles italian restaurant amazing food so fresh and nice,but theres a wide choice of places to eat its just what suites you.
You can get an all day bus ticket for £5 but the taxis are cheap if your going further afield.
We got buses mainly it was a good way to get about and meet other people.

Fantastic bars and nightclubs, easy to get to by train, fantastic hotels and most of all friendly people.
Benedicts Hotel is fab and has a fantastic nightclub, which if you are staying in the hotel, first drink is on the house.
Taxis are very easy to get hold of and drivers all very friendly and helpful from my experience.

The people were friendly helpful. There were more things to do in Belfast than I thought there would be so I stayed an extra night. Would have stayed longer but could not. I'm not a museum person but went there to check out an Egyptian mummy at the Ulster Museum and was quite impressed with the variety of exhibits and size of the museum. The Ivy was a great place to eat. Loved the food there. Enjoyed the Titanic Museum, Black Cab Taxi Tour, Crumlin Road Gaol, Game of Thrones Studio Tour, Giants Causeway and more. SVRgo is a great place to rent a car too. Wonderful, helpful staff both for choosing a vehicle to rent and things to see while you have the vehicle.

- Location: The central position made it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, Cathedral Quarter, and major attractions, with convenient access to Great Victoria Street station.
- Rooms & Comfort: My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, offering one of the most comfortable beds I have experienced while traveling.
- Dining: The breakfast spread was exceptional, fresh, and varied. I also thoroughly enjoyed the evening food and atmosphere at the on-site bar and restaurant.
- Staff & Service: Every team member—from check-in to check-out and the concierge—was warm, professional, and attentive. Every request was handled promptly and with genuine care.
- Atmosphere: I enjoyed learning about the hotel's rich history and appreciated the perfect blend of historic charm and modern luxury throughout the property.
Thank you for providing such a wonderful base for my trip to Belfast. I look forward to staying again in the future.

Hotel is right beside QUB and within easy walking distance of the city centre. Our room was very spacious, clean and well presented. We had a lovely breakfast which was very good value and the staff, including those at the front desk and the restaurant , were so friendly while being professional. We will definitely stay here again.
