The location is great, beds are comfortable and everything seemed very clean which I liked a lot. Breakfast is also nice; being able to choose from a menu and having some more options on a small buffet was good.

Service by the staff was exemplary. The concierge team was excellent and made us feel most comfortable and at home. Despite changes in shift, our requests were always followed through by the different teams. The staff at the breakfast area was very welcoming and helpful. The very tall lady always welcomed us with a cheery good morning and she remembered us and our preferences. We didnt manage to get her name though. Thank you all so much for being so professional yet welcoming, friendly and helpful! 5 stars for all the people that made the experience possible. By the second day, we always looked out for the logo atop the hotel. It is like coming home.

Much interesting history and architecture, and some good places to eat. The Queens Quarter, with University, Botanic Garden and superb Ulster Museum should not be missed. Plenty of buses, but not always easy to find which go where, and at what time!

Belfast is a lovely and lively city, especially in spring, full of sights seeings: some good museums and cultural buildings, pubs and also some beautiful bridges. The Titanic museum and the surrounding era are fascinating, and people are really welcoming.

Belfast was lovely.

Belfast was lovely. We had a flying visit but made the most of it, and we’ll definitely be back. We found the cury to be clean, the people were always friendly and helpful. It had beautiful old buildings alongside modern amenities and plenty of shops and bars. We did a hop on/hop off bus tour and that was brilliant as it showed us around the city and took us to the places we wanted to visit such as the Shankill Road and Gaol. I would also highly recommend the Crumlin Gaol tour, we loved it and rated it more enjoyable than the titanic museum which we also did. Then on the night we found live music in several bars. Plenty to see and do! We found the public transport was great, easy to use and find out about. We caught a bus from the airport to the main train station and our hotel was a 5 minute walk. We also caught the train down to Dublin which was lovely and clean and a really easy experience.

A brilliant place to visit.

A brilliant place to visit. Six of us including grandparents and daughter's family. Lots to see and do and also a place we would like to return to. We loved the Titanic Museum, St.George's Market, Ulster Museum, Botanic Gardens Liquor Saloon and generally sightseeing. We caught the Hop on/off bus for our three day stay. We went to the Peace Wall to write our message of hope.

We ended up being moved so I am not reviewing these apartments but instead the city centre apartments. Still very comfortable and great location. Andrew was fab, so helpful, responded to questions quickly, worked very fast to accommodate us when our original apartment was no longer available due to maintenance issues. Apartment rules are clearly laid out and open plan aspect made it so easy with children. Tonnes of storage space so makes travelling with kids so much better than being stuck in a hotel room with no space.

The hotel is situated on a quiet street, which made for a peaceful stay, yet it’s still conveniently close to local shops and Queen’s University. Getting into the city centre was easy, with a bus ride taking only around 10-15 minutes. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed during my stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any queries.

Good value especially with free parking and included breakfast. All the staff were friendly and helpful.Had a maintenance issue with the bathroom, got upgraded to a superior room. The duvets were too warm, found it difficult to control the temperature in the room. The hotel is in a student area the street is a bit run down looking. Plenty of eating places nearby, about 15 minutes walk to the city centre.
