The staff here are very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble. Dinner and breakfast both exceptional well cooked and tasty..the room I had was very comfortable..this is a place I would definitely return to next time I am in the area.

Matt is a lovely host, I was late and upon informing him of my delay, he very kindly waited for my arrival.
The bedroom was very large, comfortable and the breakfast left in my bedroom was a feast.
The house is recently renovated and spotless.
A recently renovated holiday home set in Southwater, 3 Bed Spa Cottage features a garden. Guests can benefit from a patio and a picnic area.

This is an exceptional cottage in so many ways. If you are attempting the perfect getaway in leafy Sussex, then look no further. The location is sublime adjacent to a farm with early morning wildlife in abundance. The facilities are cutting edge, and one feels ones bones and muscles relax as soon as you cross the threshold. There is a conscious effort for the stay to be ecologically sound, reflected in the natural products as well as the log fired hot tub situated on a fantastic veranda with those wonderful wooded views. The hosts are generous with their time and really fun to meet, but discreet and justifiably proud of their cottage. I would say that you would find it difficult to find fault, from the electric charger in the car port to the espresso coffee machine to the sublimely comfy beds. It's a real treasure of a cottage.

We loved everything! The hosts Willem and Olivia were lovely and very welcoming, even inviting the kids to help bring in the pony from the field. The property is perfection; in a really beautiful spot with unspoiled views and amazing footpaths on the doorstep. The apartment couldn't be faulted - it had everything you could need and you can tell they've put a lot of thought and care into it, providing things like champagne flutes and high quality pans. All the extras that were included made our stay super comfortable - from the unexpected things like eggs, milk and prosecco - to the things I forgot to bring myself like olive oil, salt pepper, foil, clingfilm and all the cleaning bits you could need. The living space was lovely, with a smart tv and games. The fire pit was so much fun for the kids. It was a really lovely experience and we'll be sure to come back in the near future. There's also so much to do within a 5 minute drive. A great staycay!

Tis was a convenient and comfortable one night stay on the way to Gatwick airport. Unfortunately we were not advised that the restaurant did not open that night, one of the reasons we were there so we had to go hunting for take-away and there were a few options. The room was quiet (although on a main road), clean and convenient.
