Beautiful hotel, the staff,especially Aziz were amazing

Rooms are really big. Not sure if all rooms cater for disabled as our family were in a disabled room as well. Very big bathroom which was a wet room,, huge TV, Smeg fridge and kettle. Couldn't fault the room at all

The hotel is close to the railway station, the bus station, the cathedral and the mall. Staff are friendly, room is spacious and clean (a big thank you to the staff for the free upgrade upon arrival) and breakfast is very nice.

The location was stunning!! The room was fabulous! The breakfast was delicious and also halal, vegetarian and vegan options were available. The hotel as a whole was amazing and I cannot fault it! We didn't use the spa as we were there for one night but I'm sure that would have been amazing too!

The new restaurant was fabulous with its contemporary tropical decor. The fish and chips were cooked to perfection. The fish was fresh and flakey. The sticky toffee pudding was delicious. Restaurant service was excellent. My room had a great view of the golf course. The bed was very comfortable. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. The room was very clean. You need to bring your own flannel as these are not provided in the bathroom.

The staff were really welcoming and couldn't do enough for you. They were really professional but friendly. I enjoyed it so much I booked a room again for next week.

The roim was locwlt and clean. Disbt hear a single noise. Shower was amazing and it is fully adapted for disabled people. The owner was a cheery happy soul. We had a few chata outside

Great staff and a really good atmosphere in the bar downstairs with good ales and service. A comfortable, warm room with a shower, TV, coffee and tea facilties.The hotel was very close to the shops and transport facilties and plenty of room for parking. Recommended!
