The place is too good it's very clean stuff very friendly

The room is clean and quiet, Seaview, very good breakfast, very handy to get a tram, staffs have been very helpful

That was lovely hotel. The breakfast was varied.located in the city center 10 minute. A small gift was waiting for us in the room when we entered.I can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Clean, very comfortable bed, great price and very quiet

This hotel has surprisingly comfortable public rooms which overlook Morecambe Bay making a delightful spot for a drink or conversation or just to sit and stare. The room was on the small side but had everything needed for a brief stay. Breakfasts were excellent and the one dinner which we had turned out to be superb. Altogether very enjoyable.

Lovely room , spotlessly clean with a great sea view .Far better than I expected for the price we paid . It was in a perfect location for the sights in Blackpool only a short walk to the Tower and central pier. The bar and resteraunt are being refurbished at the moment but will be a great asset . I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel .

Great location, 15 min walk to the arcades, tower, piers and everything else. Was nice to have a bath in the room Great choice of breakfast, cooked and continental

We booked half board with breakfast and dinner. Food was lovely and plentiful. The friendliness of all the staff was outstanding especially our favourite sweet Abbie. The entertainment was very enjoyable each night with no need to venture out.

The hotel was across the road from a beach and adjacent to an amusement park. We were given a parking spot right in front of the main door. The hotel appears to be very new and modern. Our room was large and luxurious with a huge flat-screen TV. The included breakfast was excellent.

Location was great, walking distance of everything. The staff were so lovely, very helpful with any queries. The bed was very comfortable, we played bingo one of the nights and they had a singer etc. lovely little spot and I’d definitely come back again

The staff was just great, they did everything to make the guests feel welcome. Breakfast could start with cold snacks and continue with a warm meal from a heated plate and fresh coffee, which was brought to the table in a jug. Hot coffee was waiting even very, very early in the morning. The room was cleaned and towels changed without being noticed. Everything was very clean and lovely. The location was good - easy access to all the main attractions and transport centre of Blackpool and the sea.
