The bar was lovely and the staff were fantastic. The view was amazing from our room. The bed was comfortable and big. The breakfast was also very very nice.

Amazing location, large beautiful room. Big bathroom with a huge bath! Great selection at breakfast, particularly considering that it was included in the price of the room. Very tasty. Friendly staff, very accommodating particularly with our toddler and responded quickly to any queries. Would definitely stay again and have recommended to others

It's a really beautiful area lots of lovely scenery. Pretty villages nearby and lovely ulverston just down the road. So worth a visit.
Also very close to the M6 on a good road.
Also close to the lakes whilst still being a reasonable price to stay. A wonderful place to spend a few days.

I loved the area.
I loved the area. Motor museum, aquarium, heritage railway, National Trust properties, Levens Hall, Furness Abbey and Piel Island (ferry, castle and pub with king of Piel) all excellent. Pity that Rusland Pool hotel did not meet expectations

Bouth is a tiny village at the bottom of the Lakes.
Bouth is a tiny village at the bottom of the Lakes. It was perfect for our stay, just 20 minutes by car up to Bowness. We were here to ride the Cumbrian Heavy Horses in Millom so was ideal for what we needed.
The food at the hotel was very good as was the food at The Manor where we ate on the Monday night as The White Hart does not do food on a Monday. The Manor was just 10 mins away by car so we got to enjoy two places to eat.

Excellent breakfast choices, the best we have ever encountered. There was a wonderful mural in the breakfast room as well as a lovely view out of the large windows. Friendly, helpful staff and a lovely evening meal. The pub/hotel had many quirky features and plenty of history behind it as it was an old building with character. We saw deer in the field as we pulled into the pub car park near a wood. The bed was comfy with good room facilities and clean.
A perfect hotel with amazing staff. Stayed here for one night as our son was taking part in a swimming event in Coniston. It was the Chillswim 5.25 Mile End to end. The accommodation was clean, very roomy and so comfortable. It was like being at home. The food in the restaurant was freshly cooked and the staff who served us were pleasant and polite. The quality of the food was fabulous too.
Wonderful place to stay we enjoyed the character of the hotel, and what a breakfast - wow, the choices were incredible, this place could put their prices up and still be excellent value, when we are next in the area we will choose the White Hart.
The room was good and big but a little cluttered. It was a very easy hotel to find and we could eat there too. the food was good. The menu was standard pub food but the beer and staff were great. It was a good friendly place to stay.
