Staff very helpful very clean

The staff here are exceptional, they are friendly helpful, warm funny and relaxed, and go out of their way to help you with anything at all. Great fun, frankly you feel like family for the few days you are there,. Every best luck to the new Scottish owner we chatted to this morning, whatever you are doing with staff keep doing it!

My original bedroom had telephone and television problems so I was promptly and efficiently moved to a new room which was excellent. Customer service by Dee was amazing.

This hotel is wonderful. Was a little worried from reading the mixed reviews, but wow, our room, welcome and everything provided has been top notch. Was even upgraded to a nicer room and welcomed with some beautiful bakery treats and a hand written note of welcome from the guest service team. Very happy and after a long drive, this welcome with a cup of tea whilst admiring the view of Bradford from the window is truly lovely. We’re in room 422, which is new and really lovely. Can’t fault it and will definitely stay here again plus recommend to others. Well done to guest services for creating such a lovely, unique, comfortable stay.

Everyone in the staff was AMAZING, super kind and helpful. After 3 days of backpacking around England, I had the best night's sleep! Highly recommend!

Very nice hotel, the building is great, with high ceilings. Top location, right next to Bradford Interchange rail station. The room was very nice, clean and spacious. The staff is very kind and friendly. Thank you! ✨

Everything you need is there and works, is clean and comfortable. This was our 4th stay

The building presents very well, atmosphere in all areas was welcoming, staff were courteous but not over attentive - I guess in short I felt at home there (i am a return customer) and I have not rated anyone else with a '10'

Lovely place to stay, very friendly staff, clean rooms with everything you need during your stay. The best breakfast I’ve eaten, great choice of food and very tasty with friendly kitchen staff. Highly recommend this Hotel.

I LOVED everything about this place and truly enjoyed every minute of my stay. The rooms are picture perfect, the breakfast was fantastic and the staff members were super kind and helpful. My only regret is that I booked only 1 night here - but I will definitely come back again because this place is a rare gem. Highly recommended!
