Friendly staff that took an interest in you having a good stay. The food was excellent and freshly made using local produce. Parking was good and of the street.
The location was good as in the town centre and good for a long or short walks around the town.

Agnes is a warm and welcoming host. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We both slept very well. Breakfast was tasty and a great start to the day. It’s just a short walk into the town. Unfortunately on Wednesdays there is very little choice for food but we did find some good fish and chips. All in all a lovely stay.

Absolutely beautiful property. It's out of town so we were disappointed the restaurant wasn't open when we arrived as we had to go back to town to eat. The beach is beautiful & close by.
It was a comfortable room & bed and just like the pictures and wirh an ensuite

We were only there for an evening as we had traveled from Dunfermline in Fife and took in the sites locally before heading to bed and breakfast for 4pm. We visited the local golf course restaurant in Edzell which was a great find and beautiful food. We left at 10am the next morning to travel to Arbroath and surrounding areas.

Cosiest Gem in Brechin. Agnes was incredibly warm and helpful. If you're looking for somebody that is personable and warm this is the right spot to visit .
The room itself was very warm and well decorated. Plenty of space for storage and you will have a good night's sleep even if it's in the peak of winter.
The cost of the hotel was well worth it and if I had to be in the area again I know what place to choose!
Car parking is free for anyone that has booked a room.

Location in Brechin for visiting family
We were visiting Brechin to attend a murder mystery event at the Steam railway. The house was perfect as it was within short walking distance of this location. It was very clean and met all our needs. We had a lovely stay - thank you!
