We had a very good stay at Folly Studio. The host was very welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were very suitable for us.
The location was ideal for us as we were walking the Angles Way. The house and setting were beautiful, well presented sat in the garden and watched the sunset.
Breakfast was wonderful, freshly cooked and beautifully presented, we felt quite spoilt

It is a small historic town with an unspoilt centre with several fine houses as well as historic churches and a ruined castle. Our B&B host was able to recomend a restaurant with above average food.

Bungay is a lovely little town and has lots of character. One of the nicest delicatessens can be found in Bunday: Earsham Street Delicatessen. I picked up some great products there for Christmas and a few gifts for friends too.

My favourite places were the cafe attached to the castle, the fruit shop and florist across the road from The Castle Inn and the friendliness of the locals.
We dined at The Fleece Restaurant.
It was very easy to find our way around Bungay but we travelled far and wide during our short stay.

The hotel is well located, in a pretty town full of independent shops. Coast is reachable and beaches in this area are great, there are parks and nature reserves nearby. We walked around the town peering into shop windows and taking photographs of the brightly coloured houses.

Bungay is a pleasant town, with an array of shops. Its quaint feel is charming and nostalgic. If your wanting a quiet place to visit then this is ideal. There are resturants and a few pubs. I highly recommend the Three Cooks which is dilicous and good value for the money.

We enjoyed the good English Breakfast with excellent ingredients and a very good Cambodian breakfast. Nice tea menu. Although in the centre of Bungay the location is quiet and secure. The self-booking in progress worked perfectly. We received a text with details and plenty of information when we arrived so we didn't miss an in-person greeting though it was nice to meet the team in the morning.
The bar has some interesting beer options and we look forward to coming back to sample them one day.
Lovely loft space nice and clean very comfy bed nice white linen bedding
Toiletries provided nice shower lovely and warm
Was very happy staying there
I used the loft as a base to see family so used it mainly in the eve and morning .
The host communicated very well and made sure I was happy with every thing
Central location to bungay and its amenities. A great stay thank you .
The location was idealistic and met all of my needs. I needed somewhere close to Bungay and I wanted somewhere in a quiet spot so that I could relax and recuperate. The property was warm and comfortable, despite the bitter cold outside. Everything was arranged and organized for the benefit and comfort of the guest. I was very impressed from first arrival to the last day.
An absolute gem of a place. We could not have picked a nicer place in the heart of Bungay. As we arrived late, we were delighted to be greeted by James, and shown around a warm apartment with tea coffee and milk along with a few other supplies available which made us feel welcome. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.
Great location 30min walk to Earsham a little further to Bungay, 5mins by car. Very dog friendly with walking access to the farms tracks. Bungay worth a visit and a great spot to visit both Suffolk and Norfolk. Very friendly and interesting hosts.
