Worst breakfast in any holiday in I have stayed in staff not refilling as empty no juice had to wait no cutlery had to wait no cups had to wait staff not clearing tables very quick if you stay at Preston or Burnley holiday inn it is fantastic everyone really does make sure that it is right and I stay a lot at Burnley one Nuneaton staff need training by these people will not stay there again also there was a coach in and they did not seem to be able to cope with it although the Burnley one had two coaches in and coped excellent with it as I stay there quite a lot over the years I do think some one needs to look at it

The location is lovely and the outside seating are was lovely in the sun despite litter in the borders and dirty tables. The staff are all lovely.

The location was beautiful , was pray and quiet, facilities were great, loved the garden area, the place was well kept and staff were very welcoming and helpful, parking wasn’t a issue as they have plenty of space. Room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable and clean.
