We would like to give a special thanks to Marina at the front desk. Her professionalism, warm welcome, and attention to details were top-notch. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.
Also, a special mention to Igor, whom we met at the parking lot as we were leaving. He was incredibly friendly and kind, wishing us a safe and pleasant journey. It was the perfect final touch to our trip.

The Inspiration for Genius

We stayed here because our preferred hotel had no vacancy on our travel dates. The Novotel is a fair way out of town, so if you have come to see the sights, be aware that you are looking at 20 minute drive into central Cambridge. In future, we will use this as a backstop due to its location, and the cold sauna.

Cambridge is a beautiful city for relaxing. Luv the bus service, especially stagecoach and uni bus. Luv the tiffin truck indian resttaurant and cafee nero- cofee was lovely. The gardens and colleges are very refreshing. Roads are clean and an excellent city to explore by foot and cycle. Luved the Grand Arcade Mall, Gresham road sydney road, fire station, mill road especially TAS accomodation at Mill Road.
I would luv to come back again. Luved Cambridge more than London.

Cambridge is a very interesting town, with its long and rich history. We enjoyed the boat trip on the river (the guide was so knowledgeable!) and King´s College chapel is simply amazing. For someone who lives in Paris, it´s also very nice to see cyclists obey traffic lights and signals, just like other road users. Good shopping and some very good restaurants.

Very interesting places to visit, plenty to do, countless places to eat and drink. Plenty of Punting to do trips to take or hire a punt and do it yourself.
There is an open top bus for site seeing. You can get on and off at any stop.

Peaceful,experience of a great scholarship city. Cavendish laboratory close by. My nephew house is only a few steps from the chemistry and physics department of Cambridge university. Green pleasant surrounding, ducks, coots and other local wildlives engaged foraging their chosen patches of daily survival.

I only had one day so was not able to do much more than the...
I only had one day so was not able to do much more than the hop on hop off bus , a cream tea in the centre of the charming town and a visit to the American Cemetery and chapel. All was very enjoyable.

Really, there is no reason to go to a hotel in Cambridge if options like this exist! Sure, the rooms are merely college dorm standard, functional at best, but the College itself is one of the most gorgeous locations I've ever stayed in, the staff is friendly, and breakfast is a decent array of traditional English options. Who needs a modern king-sized bed if they can stay in the very building John Milton studied??

A lovely hotel - clean, comfortable with friendly staff. Very nice breakfast including gluten free foods. Small details were thought of - for example, having a toilet not too far from the breakfasting area, rather than having to go back to own room to use the facilities. Quite a distance from Cambridge city centre, but excellent for the railway station. Would definitely book an Ibis hotel again.

This is a guest house rather than a hotel, handy for the railway station and 20 minutes into city centre. Best value in Cambridge at the time of booking. We stayed during the week and the house was very quiet.
