The room was very well-lit and organized. The English Breakfast was excellent and the staff were exceptional, especially Mohammed who helped us find our way around the city.

Great location, spotless clean, staff were lovely, facilities provided were great, and check in process was seamless with the express check in machines in reception. Our room was also ready really early which we appreciated.

Staff were nice, they even lend me adapter.

Staff throughout the hotel were exceptional. I can deal with not having my expectations met with the facilities in a hotel if the staff is excellent … definitely the key factor for me, but no worry at this Novotel because the facilities were wonderful

The staff were all super nice and welcoming! We came to the hotel for one night, as part of our honey moon in Britain. They gave us a room with a view and decorated it. It was a lovley suprise :)

Lovely unique idea staying in a pod on the water. We walked to a pub for dinner and drove into town, which was closeby, to explore.

A little removed from the center so thers no street noise. Traffic or people

Central, clean and the facilities are equipped with everything you might need. Not too small, enough space to move around comfortably. Even though it’s an apartment there is daily cleaning.
