The place was so beautiful. Its not modern but they have made sure all the facilities are there for a traveller to come and stay peacefully. It's a shame I did not get a chance to enjoy their breakfast. May be next time. I checked out very early morning and the person at the reception was extremely helpful. He voluntarily offered a cup of tea and some biscuits. Very kind of him. Would love to recommend to anyone. Just few minutes walk to Watford train station. So very convenient

Really impressed with this hotel! Stayed here for a night as I visit Warner brothers Harry Potter studio tour - the free shuttle bus to the studio is in walking distance from here. Highly recommend staying here, good service, comfortable bed and good hot water shower pressure!

Exceptional room! Everything was perfect, beautiful decor/design, bed very comfortable with cozy down comforter that was just amazing! Lovely spacious bathroom. Staff was lovely as well.

The staff where exceptional and went above and beyond especially the reception and dinning room always greeted with a smile and warmth The Manor is old and dated but adds to the charm The breakfast was absolutely lovely and fresh Infact everything I had was lovely The room was very comfortable and quirky as I stayed in the suite I decided to upgrade when I got there The grounds where kept lovely and I often walked around as I felt safe Big thanks to James & James for making my stay lovely and I was impressed when I asked the duty manager about the history of the manor and he took the time to tell me which was pretty good as he had only been there 2 months I would definitely say the staff really made the stay more enjoyable and because of that I would not hesitate to come back and recommend

The initial room I was given was not very impressive but there was an issue so I was moved to a new room. The new room was considerably better than the room initially assigned. I think this is interesting given I was using Booking.come and was suppose to be afforded a nice room. The 2nd room was quiet and had a better view, plus the bed was much more comfortable.
