The room decor and design were amazing. It had a lot more facilities than we were expecting. Easy to reach as it was in front of the station. Staff was very nice and helpful. Super comfortable and loads of extras for what we paid. If I ever come back to Chester, I'd be staying with them.

really good value for money, close to train station, just 45 min and 8£ away from Liverpool, close to the food shops and restaurants, close to the town centre. very pretty Chester town as well! breakfast was abundant, beds were comfy, bathroom as well! we also had welcoming drinks which was lovely, absolutely recommend, even if you paln to see Liverpool or Manchester, staying here is the smartest and most pleasant thing to do!

Beautiful hotel set in stunning grounds with excellent large comfortable rooms! The restaurant served a wide choice of delicious hot, tasty food, breakfast each morning was perfect. The swimming pool and spar was amazing! We will be back, thank you!

Lovely, quiet and elegant. I would have liked to stay longer to enjoy the b grounds. My suitcase had been lost by National Express and when I arrived at midnight the whole staff at the desk turned out to help me file a claim, make me tea, etc. Thanks to Susan and the rest of them my bag was found!

I was visiting for one night on business. The room was lovely, comfortable and welcoming. The bedding was very good (always a big plus for me as i travel a lot)

The Crowne Plaza is a great location for visiting Chester. Easy to find and close to all tourist attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. While food and drink are available onsite, there are countless options within a short walk from the hotel.

Great location, ideal for a single night layover. Clean and room. Considering it was a compact room, it was more than big enough. Comfy bed and nice and quiet.

The hotel was excellent and the staff very efficient and obliging. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing. The food was very good. It was a short walk into the centre and there were car parks nearby. On the whole it was a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Great customer service all round

Excellent spacious room (room 14 with a separate entrance), large shower room, clean towels, comfortable bed. There is a small sofa, a table, and a set for tea and coffee.

Breakfast was very good, a nice.choice and well cooked. Only one.comment - and it's me being fussy - toast should be served in a toast rack and not flat on a plate where it goes soggy! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff 😊

Friendly helpful polite staff, great location and good atmosphere. Nice big room, clean with underfloor heating in bathroom plus tea and coffee facilities provided.

Old property which has recently been turned into high quality boutique accommodation. The rooms are decorated to a high standard. Ideally situated within the City Walls and close to Chester Racecourse, Bars, Restaurants Museums, Cathedral and shops, all just minutes away by foot.

The location was great. The price was very good for a room in the centre of Chester.

Location was perfect in town centre. Parking nearby so just a short walk and reasonable cost for over night parking.
