I have stayed before lovely staff wonderful location

Everything was good: cosy room, fast room service, delicious breakfast (booking in advance at night decreases price). Hotel staff supported in any questions and was pleasant! One moment was location not in the city center (e.g., taxi was needed to go to University), but near to train station Coventry.

Excellent choice cooked breakfast was the best we had by far in any hotels we've stayed in we will be back the staff went above and beyond to make our stay very enjoyable The new owners were very welcoming and remembered our names a very relaxing and peaceful place to stay sorry our stay was over too soon

Great stay! The reception staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially when we had to adjust our booking over the phone due to a canceled flight. We didn’t have the chance to try breakfast because of our busy schedule, but the room was comfortable and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Coventry.

CHLOE at the reception desk is an absolute STAR 💕 she went above and beyond when we checked in to give us suggestions on what to do, where to go and even went to the extent of writing it all down for us. The perfect smiling, personable face that you want to greet you after a long journey, a great first impression for the hotel. We travelled a lot of England and Chloe was our highlight. We were extremely tempted to invite Chloe for dinner and drinks, heck she can even be invited to my wedding. She is a phenomenal. She needs a pay raise.

Great location, rooms are nice clean and comfortable. Shower is a proper power shower. We always use this hotel when we visit the UK to see family. Staff are lovely, breakfast is great.

I used to work at the Coventry Evening Telegraph from 1987-93 so it was a wonderful trip down memory lane, my first trip back to the UK and the Telegraph for 32 years. They have done a brilliant job of capturing the old building.

After my son in lalaw and granddaughter arrived to London they were told the accommodation that they had previously booked was sold out. Left stranded at 2am I contacted hotel and staff that was on was very accommodating

Loved everything about the hotel. It was very easy to run online business meetings. Bar and snacks area downstairs is an excellent remote work environment as well.

The hotel is very large but is under renovation, they are replacing the carpets.

Staff couldnt have been more welcoming. Parking was free and ample and it is a 5 minute straight walk into the city centre. Hotel was nice and warm and was so nice to come into a cosy warm bedroom - but then we could turn the radiators down when we slept so it didnt get too hot. No food on premises but the lady at reception encouraged us to bring food into the hotel if we needed. Bathroom was new looking and spotless . Bed comfortable and coffee, tea and biscuits in room along with coat hangers in the wardrobe ( always very much appreciated ) . Really good value for money on our one night stay in coventry for a gig. So thank you

The room was very clean and tidy, it looked great on first entering the room. The bed had white sheets and very clean with a duvet cover also very clean as were the pillows. Tea and coffee, milk, sugar, kettle and cups and a hair dryer all on display although I didn't use any of the items. Also the TV was available. I have used this hotel before and I will be using it again. WELL DONE

I called operations manager Florin and requested if I could check in 1 hour earlier. As the hotel was not busy Florin assisted me and allowed me to check-in early. This was extremely helpful and allowed me to finish my business for the day in the comfort of the room. I was very impressed with Florin. He was very friendly and helpful. My experience dealing with him made my stay enjoyable. The room was also clean and the hotel is well located close to all major transport routes so I was able to leave early in the morning and quickly get onto the motorway.

The location was ideal for my work. The staff were friendly & helpful, & the room was surprisingly large & comfortable. The breakfast was good to eat, as was the one evening meal I had.

Everything was perfect, the location ideal, we had a fabulous clean room and the staff excellent. Taz and her team were very professional and helpful she made our stay so enjoyable. Would definately return

I stayed in the Hilton Coventry Building Society Arena as the location was so convenient for the Coventry Arena. I went for a gig with my partner for our anniversary and the hotel did not forget to surprise us with a lovely deco. The pitch view was amazing! Great service by the staff, and I will always stay here if I go to Coventry for any gig again. 6-minute walk from the train station. Everything is well connected! The hotel deserves 5 stars for the service!

Family room is a brilliant size for 2 adults and 3 teenage kids, very clean and great value. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Liz was always welcoming at breakfast and the food was delicious with big servings. The Sunday roast at the pub was amazing.
