Nothing really. Food was fair nothing special & quite expensive, it was no way value for money, you had to pay extra for everything. The lift needed a good service, it ran very slowly. Roofing work being carried out, they were very noisy, banging, sawing, grinding & drilling, it got worse as the week went on, there was workmen walking past our bedroom window & they did not always stick to the hours of work they were supposed to. We called it a draw & returned home a day earlier. They should have never allowed those rooms to be booked. We were very disappointed about the whole holiday.

Very homely feeling, I would recommend the cottage, it was very clean with plenty of room for 6 adults but be aware that the upstairs toilet has a few steps down to it from the bedroom landing, One of the reasons for booking the property was because I had elderly relatives with me and wanted upstairs and downstairs toilets. They managed but it could potentially have been an issue. Having said that I would certainly book to stay there again.

There are some great walks along the coastal paths in both directions from Deganwy to Conwy and the Great Orme. Llandudno is within easy reach for a day out where there are excellent shops. There are several options for eating out and takeaways in Deganwy. Paysanne Bistro is our favourite - booking recommended. We also liked Johnny Dough’s wood fired pizza in both Conwy and Llandudno. The Beach Cafe on the West shore is very good too.
