I had booked online and thought that I had booked for bed and breakfast. It transpired that I had booked for room only which was entirely my mistake. Nevertheless, Carmel set to and made me breakfast. I was most apologetic and felt awful to have caused inconvenience but she was very reassuring and set me at ease.

The location was great for what we needed. We needed an overnight stay for an early flight the following morning. It's perfect for the train station and the airport.

My partner had to stay due to public transport strike. He advised that it was under refurbishment and the bathroom was brand new and a delight! 5*. Brand new carpets. Bed was comfortable.
There for work. Two great Turkish / Middle Eastern restaurants in town. Both on the high street, one near the middle of town with public car park to the rear of the restaurant, the other towards the north of the town, next to a tyre fitting centre, I park in the tyre bar after they have closed at 6pm. Both restaurants have good service, however both are in the middle to higher price brackets. NOTE::: Traffic calming / speed limit in town centre is 20MPH.

It doesn’t look like the pictures! Offering a breakfast!
It doesn’t look like the pictures! Offering a breakfast! Only to find out the restaurant / breakfast area was up for rent and a big sign outside! Not what it advertised, only stay if it’s the last chance saloon! And you fancy popping a slice of bread in the toaster in the morning! Up side there’s a Macy 100 yards down the road!! Good luck 🤞.

The Sat-Nav made no mistakes and took us into the car-park.This is the worst place I have stayed in.I have the bed bug bites to prove it !!.
If i was a fighter pilot and had a full assortment of bombs and machine gun fire,I would irradicate this place off the map,and save the suffering of paying customers the onslaught of this place.

Nothing worth looking at I.
Nothing worth looking at I. Dunstable .my hubby and I know Dunstable very well we lived in Houghton Regis,,we only use the highwayman during the evenings and to sleep,as we are visiting our family and friends..I am not continuing with the questionnaire as far as I'm concerned I have answered the main questions..
I really appreciate staying in a newly furnished apartment while I stay in the area for work. Not many apartments in Dunstable and Luton so this is a great little gem. Had everything I needed while I stayed with Aimee.
Great features, spacious and just had a really comfortable stay. Had allocated parking which I was worried I wouldn’t have + the kitchen, bathroom and living room were fully equipped with entertainment and amenities. Would definitely stay again with Huku Kwety
Excellent breakfast, surprised and happy that it had a bar and 24 hr food. Front desk personnel, wonderful, cheerful and helpful. Did note for a newish hotel some decor looking a little worn. Paint in shower on the ceiling peeling in corners. Using a flat paint will not hold up in moisture areas. The flat roof trim above the front doors could do with a power wash. These are nitt picking observations. Will stay again when visiting family thanks
This was a one night business trip and I chose the guest house as it was close to the work location.
I had a friendly greeting and was informed I’d managed to over pay and was reimbursed immediately. The place is spotlessly clean and comfortable and the breakfast was well cooked full English with lots of choice of cereal, yogurts tea and coffee as well, if I need to revisit this area this guest house will be my first choice to stay at
there is a restaurant/pub on site, which is very convenient. Staff all seem to be local and are exceptionally friendly and helpful. We came in later than expected and no one was at the reception desk, so we just walked into the restaurant and a girl came immediately. the rooms are old and probably could use updated, but the bed was comfortable and the shower good. Short drive to Dunstable (or take a bus) which is a very charming town.
Had a restful and lovely stay at the hotel whilst doing building works to our house.
Georgia was really helpful when it came to information and making us feel welcome.
She also let me know I didn’t need to stay up in the room but also use the lounge area to work.
The facility is really clean shower and wash facilities are all in good condition.
If you need somewhere to stay guaranteed you will have peace of mind!
Hotel set back on the A5, with the rooms well away from the main road. Dunstable Town centre a brisk 15 - 20 walk. Room bright, airy and clean. Bathroom well laid out with hair and shower gel dispenser in shower. Ironing board, iron and hairdryer as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Bed comfortable. Large TV on wall with choice of stations to watch. Staff service at breakfast good.
Location ideal for purpose of stay, Hotel restaurant food good and varied choice. Staff are professional, friendly and always pleasant. Secure parking on site, rooms adequate size and garden area delightful. Hotel although tired in some areas , does possess a quirky charm and we always thoroughly enjoy our visits here. Best place by far to stay in Dunstable.
A warm welcome. Staff helpful and friendly at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was of a high quality, fresh juice and milk. A good choice of cereals and spreads for toast. Staff kept the area immaculately clean and always ensured sufficient food was available.. Lovely view from the window!
Great location if you going to venue on the High Street or closeby area.
Really clean rooms and fully fitted (communal) kitchen which is great if you rather just make your own meal.
Decent size bed, and comfy (it is very depends of your liking) mattress.
Very friendly stuff. Thank you for the great hosting.
Everything you need for price , you get what you pay for , bed was ok , facilities were ok , being a worker i found use off communal microwave and toaster and plates etc a nice touch , food place next door also gives discount with room key , tbh its cheap n cheerfull staff are pleasant
Absolutely wonderful. The staff were brilliant and very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble and they are happy to go the extra mile. Lovely big, comfortable and luxurious rooms. Gorgeous food. Plus beautiful gardens with pods and seating areas. A wonderful place to stay.
Good location for centre of Dunstable. Owner came out fast to try and fix Wi-Fi and replied promptly. Parking was close and cheap, although the car park was very busy and we had to wait for someone to leave to get a parking space.
The room had an easy to use and effective room heater. The breakfast area was superbly organised. Good opportunity throughout the hotel communal areas for hand sanitation. Plentiful free parking. Very pleasant front desk staff.
Really friendly staff and breakfast eggs cooked to order (rather then all dried up like many hotels)
Rooms aren't posh, but really clean and beds and linen were very comfy. Great value and I'd definitely stay here again.
Excellent value for money. Great location, close to Luton Airport. Friendly and accomodating staff. There is a pub downstairs for a drink as well. Early breakfast served for travellers.
I liked the gardens I booked this hotel as I use to
live in the area and was going to meet old friends
for the weekend was planning to have lunch at the hotel in the gardens
I did not have the breakfast as I was up in Luton visiting old friends and just needed somewhere to sleep, I would use cherish again as the location is great.
