Breakfast was good and varied. Great location for our needs. We arrived early and stored our luggage until we were able to check-in later. The staff member on duty was extremely helpful. On check-out the reception staff was again different and the manager was brilliant in responding to our complaint regards check-in experience. Soon after leaving hotel we received email apologizing for the treatment received and refunding of the room upgrade and parking charge.

Staff were great. location was fine for meeting our tour but still a considerable walk to get to tourist attractions if that's what you're in Edinburgh for.

So central in the heart of Stockbridge. The rooms were amazing. Large and beautifully designed and decorated but also extremely comfortable. We loved the walk in dressing room which was designed to look like a wardrobe! Great attention to detail in the room with thoughtful extras. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The bar was busy but a great atmosphere. The breakfast was really great. We really enjoyed this night away here and will return.
