We had to call for location of hairdryer. We had trouble with the TV. Staff was helpful and responsive, and came to try and adjust the TV. also delivered tissues, as they were emptied.

Great room, super comfortable bed, newly refurbished bathroom -beautiful and functional. Great breakfast, very friendly front office staff and waiter/waitress. After sightseeing all day, we enjoyed our complimentary drink in the hotel main room - really nice drink, lovely atmosphere -great way to end the day.
