Everything. The room was fantastic and the beds are very comfortable. The rooms are quiet and we never heard any outside street noise. The restaurant is great - everything we had was great and the best chips / fries I have ever had. Breakfast is also great and good value for a hotel. Lastly the staff are lovely. Very helpful and nothing is a problem.

The place is very beautiful and classic. If you are into these kinds of hotel themes, I definitely recommend it. Also, the staff were very helpful, polite, and professional, and I look for it in every hotel I travel to. The breakfast was nice too and delicious. My rooms were clean & tide. The services were great and fast, I asked for a room with a view & they provided quickly, this alone is enough for me to come back again to this hotel if I travelled in the future. Highly recommended 👌

Helpful staff to accommodate the need of my stay. The location is central to Glasgow, with easy access to national rail. Go by foot, we were able to reach the west end, SEC, and city centre with ease, all under half an hour of walk time. The room was very quiet.

FAQs about hotels in Glasgow

Fun-Loving and Forward Thinking

Scotland’s largest city, Glasgow combines Victorian architecture and a vibrant arts scene. A former European City of Culture, it is home to many national organisations including the Scottish Ballet and the National Theatre of Scotland. The museums are also world class. Not to be missed are the futuristic-looking Glasgow Science Centre and the eclectic exhibits at the Kelvingrove.

Lined with Georgian buildings, George Square is the city’s focal point and the spot for Glasgow Hogmanay celebrations. Fanning out from here are streets housing venues for the city’s main love: music. From classical concerts to up-and-coming bands, every taste is catered for.

As host of the 2014 Commonwealth Games, Glasgow is also a city of sport. Scotland’s 2 most iconic football clubs - Celtic and Rangers - are based here, as is the national football stadium Hampden Park. The Scottish Football Museum is also an excellent walk through the beautiful game.

Last but not least is the shopping in Glasgow. Shopping centres cover everything from high street brands to international designers. So when you fly into Glasgow Airport, make sure you’ve left enough space in your bags!

Glasgow is a really vibrant, friendly city with a unique personality. It has some wonderful architecture and historical sites, including great museums and galleries. And don't miss the Cathedral and nearby Necropolis - both are fascinating, and the view from the top of the hill over Glasgow is amazing. You can find fantastic places to eat and drink - from old style pubs to opulent cocktail bars, and independent cafes to very high quality restaurants. And if you like music and the arts Glasgow is a great hub for every genre. Glasgow proudly celebrates its social history too, an example being some of the incredible giant Murals around the city. Immerse yourself and you'll love it!

Glasgow is a very vibrant and friendly city, lots going on. Beautiful places to visit and so many wonderful restaurants and bars about. I just love George square. I absolutely love a trip to kelvingrove. If it’s walking from the centre or car journey, it’s a must.

When I have arrived in the afternoon I went around and I didn't like it very much.. But the train station areas are always "bad". The day after I started the real tour, visiting museums, gardens and galleries. Wonderful!! I definitely suggest Kelvingrove Art Gallery, Glasgow cathedral and Victorian cemetery, botanic gardens, Pollok country park.... Easy to be reached by bus or walking.

Glasgow is a friendly city.

Glasgow is a friendly city. The Commonwealth Games were exciting and the Sir Chris Hoye Velodrome was particularly thrilling. Especially seeing our blind Scottish athlete Neil Fachie win two gold medals!!! There was an excellent Italian restaurant backing onto our hotel.

Glasgow is my home city and I will always love it.

Glasgow is my home city and I will always love it. However, too many beautiful buildings are falling into decline. More is needed to be done. The Art School and adjoining cinema fire destruction is a disgrace to be left with it's ruined interior on show is shocking.

The property is situated in a busy suburb of Glasgow with a 10/15 minute stroll into the city centre. Check in and check out couldn’t be easier, with a very friendly warm welcome at reception with Rumy, Mohammed was exceptionally helpful in helping us to locate parking in the local area. The hotel is quiet, clean and warm. The room was spacious and well presented. The bathroom was very clean with an excellent rain fall shower ( one of the best I’ve tried)The area has lots of eateries and bars

We had a great stay in Glasgow. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and provided everything we needed for an enjoyable visit. One of the best aspects was the location — it was easily accessible to the main attractions and right in the heart of the city centre, making it very convenient to get around and explore. Overall, a really pleasant stay and we would happily return!
