The property was well situated for exploring Holt. It was beautifully furnished and well equipped and having private parking took a lot of stress away. Leon the host was friendly and helpful. All in all a great trip.

Clean, excellent location, all you could require (appliances etc), parking a short walk away (I struggle with walking regularly but it wasn;t anywhere near as far as maps show. It's a 7 minute very slow walk from the dedicated parking space up the lane.

Holt was festive and fabulous.
Holt was festive and fabulous. It has a good range of shops, places of interest and walking opportunities. The Christmas lights and decorations are obviously a big attraction and provide a lovely atmosphere. All very gentle and calm.

Many interesting shops, such as Bakers and Larner, Joules, Weird Fish etc., Byfords great for food either breakfast or dinner, also for fresh bread and cakes to take away, Follies tea room very quaint. In places the roads are narrow would be better one-way traffic especially around Byfords.

Upmarket town with lots of independent shops, easy access to the coast, beware of high parking charges, good, free parking, and toilets at Cley & Blakeney village hall, (£5.40 for 3 hours at Weybourne "beach") The train to Sheringham is a nice trip, the seafront museum is very good.

The View was the perfect holiday location for us. It was beautifully decorated and the views from the living area were simply wonderful. Combined with the blue skies we could have been in Umbria! Holt is such a lovely little town to explore and everything was on the doorstep, yet wonderfully quiet at night. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, homely, quiet and had everything we needed. We only wish we could have spent a little more time in it - we were attending a wonderful family wedding at nearby Voewood. We hope very much we can return.
We loved our stay at Chez Marguerite. It had everything we could need for a weekend away, plus a few luxuries and thoughtful touches. The hut was surprisingly spacious and an easy walk from Holt. We also very much enjoyed our feline visitors: Mackerel, Ralph and Boots. In fact, we had such a nice time that we decided to stay an extra night, which Karoline was happy to arrange despite the short notice.
Perfect hosts, lovely food, well located for all Holt and good bus links to many excellent walks and attractions. A very animal friendly B&B. I felt very warm and comfortable and at home. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate my needs and help with anything I needed, and were friendly and chatty. I would happily say again. Thanks for a lovely 4nights :)
Beautiful house with colourful quirky decor in a convenient location for visiting north Norfolk. Holt itself is a pretty place too. Plenty of room in the housevfor 7 of us. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. It was very hot during our stay and we could sit outside in the lane once the shops were shut so that was a bonus.
Really cosy little house. Perfect for a couple of people to stay. Rooms were heated individually and quickly so it was never too cold, lots of blankets provided too!
Loads of great places to eat locally and good location for travelling around North Norfolk particularly along the coastal road.
Great central location in New Road, with the top floor overlooking the town and Bakers & Larners Furnishings store, with the usual fabulous Norfolk skies! 2 lovely bathrooms with great showers and plenty of hot water. Generally a well equipped kitchen, but short of a potato masher and tongs!
The hotel was lovely with a large restaurant area. Cosy bar with a open log fire was welcomed after a long day out walking. The location is great - in the middle of the lovely Holt and short distance from Wells-next-the-Sea and Holkam beach. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Comfy bed.
Lorraine is a wonderful host. The breakfast is plentiful and absolutely delicious. Lovely spotlessly clean room with super king size bed and lovely shower. Very quiet and peaceful location but close to Sheringham, Cromer and Holt. Will definitely stay again for our next trip to Norfolk.
After a trip around Scotland and the North of England staying in a variety of hotels, the breakfast at Keeper Cottage was by far the best we had by a long way. Everything in the guest house is up to a very high standard. We especially liked the friendly, homely atmosphere of the place.
Our twin room (no. 10) was well equipped and spacious with nice ensuite. Plenty of tea and coffee.
Well sited in Holt to access shops and local roads to coast.
Huge menu choice at breakfast which was beautifully presented and delicious, obviously a diligent chef, thank you.
The name is very apt, a very well presented and cosy cottage for a couple. For us the location was ideal , allowing us to visit old haunts and memories.
We will definitely consider staying here again if we have the chance to go back to Norfolk.
A beautiful pub / hotel. Lovely setting in North Norfolk. We ate in Holt but wish we had eaten at the pub as the breakfast we had the next morning was delicious. Excellent value for money and perfect location to explore the coast from.
Great location, very close to Holt and Sheringham, and ideal for our classic car show weekend.
Every attention to detail was covered by our host, and our room and breakfast was first class.
Thoroughly recommended.
Good location for exploring North Norfolk. Very friendly host with excellent communication beforehand.
Annex was lovely and quiet. Just 2 of us but could easily accommodate 4 people.
Would recommend.
Good central location for Holt, street parking was convenient and the garden was a good size with lots of additional utensils to allow you to have a BBQ or eat in the garden weather permitting.
Beautiful house, fully equipped and very comfortable. Lovely location for exploring Norfolk. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs. Host was very welcoming.
