Staff were very helpful - I brought some friends back to the hotel after the pub had closed and they were very helpful in providing drinks once they knew I was a resident. I apparently had an upgrade - but I had booked my room ahead of time (London can be unpredictable) and I noticed the price had dropped on the day - so I could have been unhappy if the upgrade wasn't given (I didn't ask for it). Liked the pianist
