Location was excellent, a 10 minute walk into the city, with good access from major routes. Coffee, milk and juice provided, plus a selection of cereals etc for breakfast which was appreciated. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable and an ideal base to explore Chester

Excellent location for train holiday Public spaces in hotel are splendid. Room a bit bland in comparison, but nice quality fittings and good shower Staff friendly. Breakfast quite good. First dinner very good. Quirky courtyard garden
