Beautiful place in perfect location with many fantastic walks just on a doorstep. The owners are great and vey accommodating. Rooms very comfortable, we had a great night sleep. Food was great, very tasty and we also enjoyed evening drinks in a very cozy bar. Perfect stay!

location is amazing, views incredible. walk down into Hardraw for the Green Dragon pub and Hardraw Force waterfall from the hotel gardens is easy (although steep).

The room (5) was big and comfortable, with a beautiful view across the Dale.. The bathroom was also big. Dinner in the attractive, bustling bar was excellent and breakfast was great. The staff were lovely and very helpful - we were offered help to find a local walk. A fabulous place!
