Located in Hampton Wick, Kingston upon Thames, 1.3 mi from Hampton Court Palace, The Foresters Arms features views of the city.

Very welcoming pub. Staff were very friendly and obliging. We were able to check in early as our room was ready which was very convenient for us. Food at the Foresters Arms was very nice with a great warm atmosphere. Redin, our host, was welcoming and made sure our stay was comfortable. Close to everything and convenient if you want to go to Hampton Court.

I was brought up near Kingston, so a bit bias.

I was brought up near Kingston, so a bit bias. Acted as tour guide to relatives from the US, and they were blown away by the history of the town and the walk along side the river, which they pronounced correctly. Suggest visiting Kingston Museum first, open on certain days of week. All Saints Church, Plenty of eating places, coffee shops, a market place and of course retail.

Kingston is excellent for shopping and dining with a huge variety of shops and restaurants and bars. It's also ideal for visiting Hampton Court Palace and the River Thames and of course Central London as well. The public transport system is also excellent, connecting to Central London and Heathrow and Gatwick airports.

Good shopping area and good location for sight seeing with lots to see. Pubs along the river are worth visiting. Not a bad location to get to Heathrow airport which is something we take into account.
