Great location. I had paid to do an upgrade not long before arriving as there was a 50% discount which was a great offer. When I arrived, I was upgraded to an even further level as the hotel were concerned there was an event taking place nearby which might impact our stay. Excellent customer service and the room was fantastic. Really liked their proactivity.

Loved the eclectic mix of shops, pubs cafes etc. loved the vibrancy. Loved the mix of city and docks. The layout of the roads takes a bit of getting used to. I still found myself looking at Google maps to get back to the hotel. I loved the variety of sights and things to do such as visiting the cathedrals, museums, docks, the sightseeing buses. The people are so friendly.

Im a Scouser I was near the horrific events of LFC Teams parade attack from a fellow Soldier and resident is for us bewildering beyond belief. But I will tell all visitors to our city you are SAFE - and its people have been Voted most friendly city in the UK by far. Come and see and you will be welcomed with Scouse arms anytime .

This City has something for everyone, we loved our stay. As a big Liverpool fan it was awesome to get to Anfield not once but twice as we saw Dua Lipa there. The people are so helpful and friendly there. The centre had a terrific variety of shops and pubs, and you have to go to the iconic Cavern Club, we had the best time there. Thank you Liverpool for having us, we will be back.

Liverpool is a magnificent city full of history and beautiful buildings, definitely a party town with lots of nightlife and good restaurants. Lots of old pubs along with modern bars with live music.Of course loads of Beatle tours, museums the Cavern, music. We went to the Empire Theatre where they have all the top musicals etc.We walked everywhere. Just across the road from our apartment is a Turkish restaurant where we ate on the last night ‘Efi’ inside was a large circular room absolutely beautiful the food and service good too.

Hotel is located within walking distance to the city centre which was ideal, it was close to the arena which was the purpose of our stay. We did think the hotel decor (rooms) could do with updating and improvements in the bathrooms could be made, they felt very similar to a caravan bathroom. The view was great and the free parking that close to the centre is a huge bonus! Room size was fair, if you are looking for somewhere relatively cheap with easy access to Liverpool then this hotel is ideal!

The location of the hotel is excellent with access to the docks and the city centre a few minutes walk away. The Liverpool One shopping centre is literally on its doorstep. The reception staff were very friendly, polite and helpful, assisting us to leave luggage prior to checking in and after checking out. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a great sleep. The room was spotless and the bathroom and shower was excellent.

The staff were really friendly during check-in and check out. The room was really lovely. Very clean and spacious with an amazing view of the docks. We didn't use the bar or restaurant facilities while staying here but the hotel was really close to the city centre, Albert Docks, the museums and a stone throw away from some local pubs and McDonald's. Really enjoyed my stay here would recommend for anyone exploring Liverpool.
