I always stay here when visiting Liverpool. The location is unbeatable as everything is literally within arms reach. The rooms are well cared for and nice and warm and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Especially Housekeeping. Very, very happy with my stay here!

Bartender was great, made us feel special, like old friends. Don't remember his name, he had shoulder length hair with a man bun.

I loved everything, it was super comfortable. Staff was amazing and very helpful.

The hotel is very nice and the service is perfect. I had a great time. The room is really good, enough space and the bed is comfy. The bathroom was clean and the products were excellent. The spa was a good experience. I enjoyed the steaming room a lot. Finally breakfast was delicious! The location is perfect, close to the center and quiet.

We had a late check in and everything was prepared for us. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Great location with just 5mins to both the dock and liverpool one.

We were very warmly welcomed, without a wait. We had arrived an hour early, I thought I could just leave our bags but the lady on reception was quick to check if there was a room ready and there was.

The hotel is very well maintained with good sized comfortable and very clean rooms and the facilities are excellent . The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel is situated very conveniently for Lime street train station . I have stayed here before and would definitely stay here again.

Best location possible. If you’re travelling to Liverpool by train, hotel is just opposite the train station. Hotel is also just outside Liverpool’s pedestrian area with all shopping centres, restaurants, bars, etc. Very convenient to place shopping bags during the day and for some rest when needed without the hassle to travel to and fro the centre area. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Staff were brilliant. If you’re also travelling to Cheshire Oaks designer outlet, the bus stop (Whitechapel SD) is just a 5 minute walk away. Brilliant hotel - will stay there whenever in Liverpool.

Ideal location if you are travelling by train. The city centre is at walkable distance. The staff was very helpful, gave us early check in. Rooms were spacious, breakfast was good with courteous staff. My second time in this hotel.

Huge room with three double beds, and a bathroom with large tub/bubble bath. Nice breakfast. Great location close to everything! Very well suited for group of family or friends.
