We very luckily got upgraded to an executive suite on arrival. The room was absolutely spotless. There was a beautiful view of the river Thames from the room. The facilities in the room were excellent. The robes were so soft. I would definitely stay again! All staff were so helpful and couldn’t do enough for us.

Ignore all the naysayers and 'no go area' idiots, London is vibrant, clean (mostly), inviting and incredibly interesting. Galleries, museums, gardens, etc etc, all worth visiting. Its got 2,000 years of stuff to see but also very modern.

    London has something for everyone.

London has something for everyone. The highlights are too many to list but for starters: the history, cuisine, shopping, theatre. The gastro pubs were good value for money and the food was excellent . Lots of haute cuisine for gourmets . Watching tennis at Wimbledon was fantastic! The tube and buses make getting around very easy . The lion king Musical was one of many great shows to watch. Highly recommended. Not great for kids under 3. It can be a bit overwhelming in the busy city.

Loved Oxford and London, especially Chinatown, Soho and Covent Garden for the vibes of the restaurant and theatre district. Needed more time to appreciate the attractions in the heart of the city fully. Hyde Park to the Royal Albert Hall and Imperial College London was beautiful. Had no problems on the trains or underground, and they were better than expected. South Bank venues and the London Eye were a great afternoon exploration, and I need to go back.

    Wonderful, iconic city.

Wonderful, iconic city. Easier than expected to get around by tube. Took in a show in theater district. Walked Kendington park and St Janes park -- the parks here smell amazing, like lilacs and gardenia. Walked from our hotel to the Princess Diana Memorial Fountain. Took in the highlights: Parliament Square, Big Ben, Buckingham Palace, walked The Mall, Tower Bridge, Burroughs Market, and toured the Tower of London (more "small town" than "tower".) Window- shopped at Harrods, bought chocolates at Fortnum and Mason, ate fish pie at the Queen's Arms pub. Was intimidated by the thought of navigating Heathrow but the QE line took us right there and it was easy to get through. Well done, London. I hope to visit again.

    London was amazing.

London was amazing. If you even think you might like Indian food go to Dishoom - it is delicious. And if you can't get a reservation don't let the long lines dissuade you - they move relatively fast and the food is so worth the wait. We did the War of the Worlds Immersive Experience and it was seriously just so much fun. We are a family of 5 with older teenagers and everyone had the best time because the actors are amazing; if you go please join in and interact with the actors as it truly is the best, funniest time. Tower of London and the Beefeater Tour is so interesting and the tour is quite humorous. Try and go as early as you can - for the first tour of the day if possible as it gets really busy really fast. A boat ride down the Thames to the Greenwich Observatory is a nice outdoor experience. And you don't have to pay to go into the Observatory to stand on the Prime Meridian. From the Observatory there are beautiful views of London and there is also a Maritime Museum there that is free of charge and quite interesting.

Great place for a few days whilst staying in London. Friendly helpful staff and very easy check in and checkout. Didn’t use the kitchen but very well equipped with everything you may need. Apartments are very clean and very accessible, very close to 2 tube stations and supermarkets. Very short work to attractions such as St Paul’s cathedral and the monument. Will most certainly be using these apartments again on my next visit to London. Much better and more affordable than staying in a hotel, especially with a few people.

What a great hotel. Nice, clean room with comfortable bed and total darkness during the night. No irritating lights and no noise from other rooms. Great water pressure in shower, which can be hard to fint in England - and that on the 6th floor. Large gym with good equipment. Free water refill and a working refrigerator. All inn all one of the best hotels I've stayed in in London with good connections bus and tube wise. Very happy. Worth the money. Will come back.

Location was ideal, the staff were great, the shower was good (excellant water pressure), and the value for money was brilliant. Free luggage drop off was a plus too. Breakfast was included however wasn't utilised in my case. For roughly half the price of even the cheapest hotels in London, to see any of these amenities included was a welcome surprise.
