Very nice welcome from the front desk during a very busy period on arrival for a weekend stay. Had dinner at the in-house restaurant with live music, which was a nice surprise. Swimming pool spa area very clean. We enjoyed the executive view and hospitality. Breakfast options are very good! ,The staff work at breakfast work well together as a team. Thank you 😊

Loved Kew Gardens and the Alison Moyer concert but the B&B was very poor and not up to scratch it was grubby and I wouldn't ever go there again or recommend it to anyone. It's disappointing that bookings.com actually bring this place up with a score of 8/10.

The temperature this Summer is towards the high. However, London being London, it's always nice to move around in town. Nice breeze, great public transportation, courteous people, great services by all support staff, lots of nice places to hang around. The gardens /parks are nice to stay for a moment. Market Halls Rooftop Bar London. and Black Bear Burger (Best burger in the UK 2025) are my recommendations!

London has so many amazing places to see.

London has so many amazing places to see. I stayed for about three days, and I think that was enough to get a good feel for the city. I really enjoyed walking around, you can’t miss the London Eye and Big Ben, of course. And honestly, you have to see Les Misérables the musical. It’s a must. I also loved visiting the Tower of London because of all the history behind it. But even just walking through the city is a beautiful experience , you don’t have to enter all the attractions to enjoy it. I totally recommend visiting London. It’s one of my favorite cities in Europe.

It takes you 1 hr to travel 3kms.

It takes you 1 hr to travel 3kms. There was garbage bags thrown onto the street everywhere, not good in a heatwave. July is peak season, expect to line up for at least half an hour for all the attractions whether you have a ticket or not. Many small pubs that serve great food and beer. We stayed near Paddington and Edgeware rd, very multicultural. A true highlight of our trip was the Monkey Puzzle pub on West Sussex drive...10/10

I love going to London, there is so much to see and do!

I love going to London, there is so much to see and do! I would recommend going on a hop-on/hop-off bus tour to explore the city and see all the sights. Transport across the city is handy with the tube and buses, plus you'll find a lot within walking distance. Great way to soak up the atmosphere. It gets very busy so it's good to book the tourist attractions in advance! (Also usually some discounts if you book in advance online.) For hotels/restaurants etc, shop around as some places are more expensive than others!

Our favorite hotel in London, where we have stayed many times the last ten years. Nice apartments with kitchenette. Good location in a nice area, close to two tube stations and several bus lines nearby, easy access from Heathrow, many restaurants, museums and nice areas to walk around in. The hotel has been good at fulfilling our wishes regarding floor plan etc. Also, nice and good service by Urszula in the office. Thank you!

The apartment was spacious, particularly for London. The communal area is a comfortable, homely and open room that meant we could work from the apartment without having to go into the office. With the current price of hotels in the area about double what it was for the same time last year, this was the perfect solution and still within our budget.

We were in the travel business for 40 years and have stayed and inspected hundreds of holiday apartments . This is equal to , maybe better, than many of the top apart- hotels in London or elsewhere. The photos in the website were accurate. And very quiet.
