The rooms have everything you need and are very cleverly designed, every detail is thought about. Loved the heated towel rack and storage under the bed. The little details make all the difference.

The room is nicely equipped and decorated and the location is convenient and accessible. I love the eco & sustainable touch of the home hotel and it does feel like a home away from home even when I only stayed for a night. The staff are super friendly and the lobby/restaurant has a really good community vibe.

i find it s the friendliest place most people will stop and helolitely . it is easy to get around by bus , metro , walking ortaxi there s always a taxi if you get lost. you will never be bored in london theres something to cater for all tastes . the only drawback is the lack fo gluten free food inthe cafes but you really don t starve it can just take a bit of research --and always ask for it in( food outlets i love london and will return as often as possible

London is nice.
London is nice. The problem is that it isn't really geared towards tourists. There are many interesting things, but Londoners are very high-strung and move about in a state of absolute tension, as if their lives were ending today. Getting around the streets is nerve-wracking; you have to watch out so you don't get hit by a bus mirror, a cyclist (they move faster than cars), or a "bull-pedestrian."

London is a city worth visiting, as there is something for everyone.
Tower Bridge and the Tower of London are obviously popular sights judging by the amount of tourists taking photos.
We can recommend the Slug and Lettuce pub/restaurant near St Katherine Docks.
Kind and friendly staff. Excellent value for money.

Excellent central area. Love London as a holiday. so much to see and do. Excellent pubs in the area and restaurants. Parking is very difficult so had to store the car in a local carpark facility , was good to have a car so we could explore outer areas easily

London is one of the great cities of the world. It invites exploration and there is something for all ages. Take good walking shoes, even though the transport system is really good. Museums, galleries, theatre, parks, palaces and gardens. Enjoy!

My job requires me to travel constantly, and when it comes to comfort at a fair price, this accommodation is one of the few I’ve found in London that truly excels in this regard.
Even though it is a simple hotel, it stands out in several aspects: the cleanliness is impeccable, the structure is well-maintained, and the self-check-in and check-out process is smooth and efficient. Additionally, the rooms and apartments offer excellent space and sound insulation, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Good location, clean, no parking issues.
Fair price compared to other hotels nearby. It's London, and summer, so not cheap.
New build, therefore no issues with floor, windows, taps, etc. which may be a problem in some old UK hotels.
For sake of nitpicking, some light wear and tear is noticeable here and there, but nothing serious.
The spa is a huge bonus.
The staff was really nice and helpful. Kudos.

This hotel is such a find. It's quaint, traditional and beautiful; located on a little street opposite the modern offices and sky scrapers of the city. Felt like a sanctuary away from it all - very homey and comfortable with lovely friendly and helpful staff. Loved it here. I stay in London fairly regularly for work - this is my new favourite London hotel.

For one of the cheapest hotels in central London it's really pretty good. The room is very small but you have everything you need it's ideal for a quick overnight stay. The shower is roomy and good pressure, the bed is comfy, the air con works fine it was just what I needed
