Room was huge, and so well equipped. Gorgeous touches like the different lighting settings, the electric blinds. The design of everything is so considered. Bathroom was great. Bed was so so comfy. Staff were all lovely. Enjoyed the pool and steam/sauna. Restaurant was good too. The perfect hotel!

From start to finish the experience at the hotel has been top notch. All staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They go over and above and pay very close attention to all details. For example, I received a bottle of champagne as a gift and without asking for it, housekeeping noticed this and provided me with ice that evening. The gym was fully equipped and honestly one of the best I've seen. The room itself was the most comfortable especially the bed and the location is superp-5 minutes away from Liverpool street station. I would definitely return here when visiting London

The hotel is beyond praise: 1. The friendly staff at the reception desk provided assistance, advice, consultations, and resolution of any inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner. 2. The hotel itself is new, featuring a remarkably creative design! We experienced aesthetic pleasure from our room and our overall stay at the hotel. The lobby, restaurant, and gym are all very thoughtfully designed and enjoyable. There is a powerful hairdryer, a coffee machine, a kettle, a refrigerator, a modern television, glasses, a shaker, and a teapot, along with all the essentials for a comfortable stay: slippers, a bathrobe, and excellent thick towels! 3. Breakfast is a separate delight! Choosing a room with breakfast was the best decision. The staff is very friendly and courteous. If the management is reading this review, I kindly request that you appreciate your breakfast staff! They are incredibly good, kind, and cheerful individuals. Such warmth is rarely encountered! They always inquire about how your day went and how you are feeling. They deserve the title of Employees of the Year, including both the reception staff and the waiters. Furthermore, the breakfast time is quite extended, accommodating both early risers and those who prefer to sleep in. There is no need to worry about oversleeping. The breakfast offers a wide selection: fruits, fresh vegetables, cheeses, juices, pastries, eggs prepared in any style, and many variations of the English breakfast. Every Saturday, delightful souvenirs are given as gifts during breakfast. 4. In the evening, the restaurant operates à la carte. I highly recommend having dinner there. The cuisine is exceptional, particularly the English pie. 5. I would also like to highlight the excellent location. The hotel is situated between two metro stations. Additionally, there is a bus stop nearby, providing direct bus routes to Baker Street (205) and Camden (55) without any transfers or stops.

I have lived and worked in London so not so much of an adventure for me, just an opportunity to meet up with a friend. However anyone new to London can be sure that there is always plenty to see and do to suit everybody. The Underground and bus services are very convenient if you're in a hurry, but London is a great place to just to walk everywhere if you have time to spare. You can break up your walks by sitting in the various parks like Russell Square and watch the children playing in the timed fountains and just enjoy doing nothing for a bit. You can 'hit the shops' for retail therapy, buy cheap same day theatre tickets at the booth in Leicester Square or visits some of the best Museums and Art Galleries in the world. Cheap accommodation is hard to find in the main Summer season so you need to book in advance if you can, or find a place out of the centre and on a bus or tube route. For travelling on the Underground you can pay with your credit/bank card/Oyster card by tapping on and off as you go through the barriers and saves messing about with cash etc. You could benefit from doing some research before you travel to see what special events are on at the time of your visit. If you're new to travelling abroad/city always make sure that you phone and credit cards are well hidden as pick-pockets are always looking for obvious newcomers to prey on. I went to the National Portrait Gallery and have included some photos of the wonderful current 'Portrait Open' exhibition I saw this week.

London has so many options.

London has so many options. Interesting museums, many important sights, and great shopping. I would love to stay for a whole month to truly enjoy it. There is a dense public transport network; I used the metro, buses, and Uber to get around. Good food from international cuisines. We tried English pies and wonderful street food at Borough Market. Lovely, atmospheric pubs. Plenty of parks to relax in.

London is the greatest capital city of Europe, and the largest by population (more than double of Berlin & Madrid, and triple of Paris & Rome). It is a very cultured city bringing its history to today’s world in style. Wherever you are from or whatever you are for doesn’t matter, London embraces you all and gives you what you are looking for. It has the world’s oldest and most developed underground network system besides its bus and other public transport alternatives, which makes travelling in and around London very easy and convenient. This is a city of variety serving for every culture, with its unbeatable and endless options for cafes, restaurants, shops, galleries, museums, theatres, musicals, bars, clubs, and all other kinds of social and sightseeing activities. London is also known as the “City of Parks” with its huge natural parks in and all around it. On the other hand, it is the biggest financial hub in Europe and one of the biggest of the world. Overall, this is a capital city not only to see but to be :-))

Dry close to Paddington Station so ideal when arriving and leaving London. Staff very friendly, facilities clean, bed comfortable and when I booked it was cheaper than a Travelodge or Premier Inn.
