The hotel we keep coming back to — our favourite in all of London. Once again everything was excellent and truly special. We visited during Halloween and were surprised with a lovely gift and beautifully prepared, delicious sweets. It made us feel truly appreciated. We would also like to thank Ms. Jolanta for her outstanding service during breakfast—she made our mornings even more enjoyable. She is a consummate professional in every way. The service from the entire team was exceptional – we felt genuinely cared for. We will definitely be back.

I loved our stay at the Room2 Chiswick. Although the neighbourhood is not very central, I would totally stay there again. Chiswick is really lively at night, with plenty of restaurants and pubs, and at the same tame it has a lovely village feel. Besides, if you want to reach the Central area, it takes around 30 minutes from Turnham Green underground (which is located 5 min by foot from the hotel). The studio we booked was very comfortable, and the decoration is lovely. The Bed was very comfortable, and the room have all amenities one might need. The staff was also always very helpful and nice. Highly recommended!

We were there on our honeymoon. we loved the location, perfectly situated in the city. Tube is 2min walk. The staff really takes good care of you, the cleaning staff did an amazing job tidying our room. The attention to details exceed my expectationw. We got newspaper delivered on the door in the morning, every room had a doorbell, our room had a lovely selection of books to read, and the fridge was always filled with a selection of water and soft drink complimentary from the hotel. The room was very clean, the hotel smelled so nice. The rooftop terrace offers amazing view over the city. We loved that this was a small luxury hotel. truly a home away from home, never wanted to leave our room! We will be back for our anniversaries!

We love London - we recently made our sixth visit to the city. We enjoy visiting the markets and museums most of all. Borough Market is great, but Old Spitalfields in East London is a great mix of artisan goods, antiques, and excellent food stalls and kitchens. We also visited Camden Market, which was very busy on the weekend but a fun sight nonetheless. We love the Tate Modern and Southbank Centre - the current exhibit at the Hayward Gallery was a highlight of our trip. The V&A East Storehouse was another highlight - this is a fantastic working museum, and The David Bowie Centre was amazing. We usually spend a day in East London during our travels, and also enjoy spending time in Kensington and Notting Hill. There is so much to see and do in London, and we always spend a day or two there when traveling to Europe.

London is great for visiting if you like culture and lack a fondness for beaches. There's history, arts, pubs, food, everything you might expect from a living, old imperial city. Those visiting the city for less than a period of, say, five years, should pick in advance what kind of things they want to experience. There's simply too much there to be able to do all of it, properly, in a reasonable time. I'm fond of the arts, so I chose a couple of museums.

Beautiful city with so much to see and enjoy. People were friendly and sights unbelievably beautiful although we didn't catch enough of them on this stay. Only issue for me is the city is very expensive, especially when your currency is almost 20% of the GBP. Lots to do and see without spending a lot of money and very very busy.

I was in London for an ENO event at the Coliseum; it was superb. I stayed two nights. I took the opportunity to visit Tate Britain and the V&A, both of which I love. Most of my journeys were on foot -- which is a great way to see the city.

Great place for a few days whilst staying in London. Friendly helpful staff and very easy check in and checkout. Didn’t use the kitchen but very well equipped with everything you may need. Apartments are very clean and very accessible, very close to 2 tube stations and supermarkets. Very short work to attractions such as St Paul’s cathedral and the monument. Will most certainly be using these apartments again on my next visit to London. Much better and more affordable than staying in a hotel, especially with a few people.
