We were somewhat warned by reviews which said that it was noisy and there was no breakfast provided. In fact although it was near a busy dual carriageway the soundproofing was good so it was only disturbing at rush hour and not when we needed to sleep. Breakfast is available at the hotel up the road which was about 3 minutes' walk, and we had an excellent service there. The bathroom was spacious with a good shower, and the bed was huge and comfortable. We were a bit confused by the entry system and the very helpful chambermaid came out with us and explained it.

Although the outside isn't the best (including the area), once inside I found it clean and comfortable. I would return there, which says a lot.
Also - the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.
