The hotel is just opposite of piccadilly station And just under 5 minutes walk from piccadilly garden The staff were so welcoming and exceptionally kind

The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond. It was my first time as I have been trying fir years to book a room and was not successful but I got it and very very happy with everything. Omg the beds are a trap do not sleep in them as its a struggle to get out of them. I had a double bed and single bed... Very very very nice.. Repeat... The beds are tooooo gooooooood haha😄😃😄😃😄😃😢. I love relaxed and friendly staff and I don't know what else to say... Breakfast was great... I don't know what else to say... I'm staying quiet as I could go on hehe.. Jenny who helps with the breakfast I must give her 10 stars.... Fantastic.

Room size, location is very convineint and close to train station

The hotel itself it's pretty close to everything almost, I am student so I was away around 12-14 minutes of driving from my university.

Rooms are spacious and have tea and coffee making facilities, even complimentary biscuits.

Accessible and close to the center. So many shops and restaurants around the area. There was complimentary coffee and tea; room has an iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The bed was nice and the beddings smell nice and clean. The city view was really good.

The room and bathroom were large and new. Staff very kind as well. Hotel placed in a central area, what made possible to explore the whole city by walking.

I liked everything about this place. Typical British pub offering rooms as well upstairs. The room was clean , as well as the shared bathroom. It's located in the very center of the city of Manchester, in an area with a lot of pubs and restaurants and people having fun. We booked for a concert and it was the only place we could find in the city centre that didn't take advantage of Oasis concerts to overprice the room. Perfect food served at the pub!

The hotel is located at perfect place near city center, trams, train stations. The room was small but enough, clean. The pub is lovely.

Great location and nice large apartment. Staff were brilliant as well.
