It’s absolutely comfortable, probably one of my best stays in England so far. Staff are friendly and helpful. And the tram stop (St.Peters Square) is just less than a minute walk from the hotel, it’s very convenient to travel from and to the airport.

We loved the combination of old architecture and new.

We loved the combination of old architecture and new. Shopping: great experience at the Trafford Centre and in the city centre Learned a lot about the history of the city Museums great for adults and children alike It’s easy to get around by public transport but due to walking difficulty I found a bit busy. The local taxi services and Uber are good however and not too expensive Particularly loved dining at Piccolinos in Clarence Street

City feel with moderate crowds, not suffocating or hectic as London. Everyone walks at their own pace, sometimes annoyingly. Quiet a lot of visible homeless next to atm machines and shops. Piccadilly gardens and some trams were closed during the time I was there. Nice shopping experience and warm weather (July). Boat ride along the canal was good and affordable. Lots of markets and thrifting shops available to explore. Many night clubs and venue for house, bounce and trance music. Not that many hard techno-specific in the week i was there. Everyone i met has been very friendly and nice.

This was my third stay at this hotel. We’ve found it so handy when visiting Manchester for music gigs at Albert hall and the academy. Staff are always attentive and welcoming. The rooms are immaculate and feel more luxury than the price per night. Breakfast is great value for money. Easy walk into the city centre and not far from tram and trains. This time we travelled from Oxford Street station to Manchester airport which was a few minutes from the hotel.

The property is only a short trip from Manchester City centre on the 59 bus. The hotel has a beautiful breakfast area and seating area/bar with a huge flat screen tv. Nice home cooked feel breakfasts with tea and coffee supplied on request. The hotel has a family ran feel, with little staff that do their best to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible. Our room was comfy enough for us only staying 2 nights.
