I enjoyed my stay here. I was concerned about some of the negative reviews I saw when booking. But all of them proved to be inconsistent with my experience. This hotel was clean, fresh, modern, and just across from the Piccadilly train station. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable. I scanned for bed bugs and there were none. The hotel bar was really good and the aesthetics were good as well. I couldn't believe I paid so little for this good quality. I have stayed in more expensive hotels that had quality which doesn't come close to this one. I will definitely stay here again

It is a beautiful hotel with a stunning reception and lobby area. Staff are super professional and helpful. I appreciated the free bag drop while I visited the shops.

The hotel is located in a very good spot, near everything you may need. The Gardens Hotel team was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was tasty! The room was very clean! Totally recommend!

This was my second stay at Novotel in Manchester and this time with my two boys to see Manchester United play Manchester City at Old Trafford. The hotel was excellent, room was clean and well equipped, breakfast was excellent and added bonus that breakfast was served until 11pm so we could sleep a bit longer. Staff was very friendly and we were able to check in 2 hours earlier than expected on our arrival which was a bonus. We had dinner at the Novotel restaurant after returning tired from the football match and the food and service was great as well. The hotel is located in the city center and only 2 minute walk to St Peters Square to take the tran. I will highly recommend Novotel Manchester for a great stay.

First of off all Thank you “Lan” from front desk staff for being very and kind and cooperative and upgrading my room to a sweet and providing late check out which made my trip comfortable.

Location very near train station and Chinatown.

The location was superb, right in the middle of town, everything was walkable and perfect.
