The hotel was very clean and the lady’s on reception were very helpful. The car park was blocked off that night due to an event near it and the lady stayed on the phone and directed me to the car park. We were upgraded to a stadium view which was amazing and it was mine and my sons birthday and we got given some gifts. Amazing stay and we can’t wait to book our next stay there. The fridge has complimentary snacks in.

We only stayed the night prior to flying to New York so didn't get to see the sights of Manchester, however would thoroughly recommend the hotel for peace of mind proor to jetting off from Manchester Airport. It is just a short shuttle bus to the airport which met all of our needs.

We went as a family booking several rooms. Hence we could all come and go as we wish and arrange our outings. Staff were great in giving us directions as we all went to the Christmas markets. Dinner out later also excellent. Location is great for shopping, dinning or obviously a stay over when there is a concert or big event on. If only my work would allow us to book this hotel when working in Manchester lol no days off would be requested.

Manchester is a brilliant city with so much to offer.

Manchester is a brilliant city with so much to offer. It has a great mix of shopping, restaurants, museums, and family-friendly attractions, and everything is easy to get to. The people are friendly, the atmosphere is lively, and there’s always something to do. It can be busy in the city centre, but that’s part of its charm. Overall, Manchester is a fantastic place to visit, especially for families and first-time visitors.

I come from Greater Manchester and had worked in the centre of Manchester over 30 years ago. My short stay of 4 days had been to visit my parents and siblings over Christmas. I had forgot just how vibrant the City, and it's people are. As an architect the City has been regenerated with a perfect blend of modern and restored old buildings. Walk down the back streets and explore the industrial past. The people are warm, friendly and welcoming, and the transport system so much better for reinstating the tram system.

Fabulous surprise to find such a comprehensive array of things to help make a stay comfortable in the room. The design and styling were also first rate and for the first time in a UK City centre hotel managed to get a goo night's sleep with the very comfortable bed and pillows and air condition that worked quietly. Just goes to prove that a UK offer can be just as good as the best on the continent. Location of course being so central perfect. Well done, we will be back!

The best hotel that I've stayed in Manchester. A 10 minute walk from the city centre so you are always from the noise. Very clean and spacious room with coffee, tea and free wifi. The room was spotless. As a bonus you can order pizzas after 22:30 just in case you are hungry and they provide free room service.
