United KingdomEverything we could want was available & worked as it should. Host sent a detailed video of how to get to the caravan & was immediately reachable from check-in time. Even messaging after we'd left thanking us for our stay.
Two toilets! A blessing with kids around.
Very spacious living area with comfortable seating.
Not too far a walk from the entrance to the site, and it's a large site so that was an added bonus.

Good Spa facilities, steam, sauna, and pool. Enjoyed a good quality massage, although I wasn't told it would be a male masseuse. Many women would refuse the massage. The pool itself is small and crowded and there is a sauna. You can book a slot in the pool, but I would say if you're basing your choice in hotel solely on the fact there's a pool here, you may be disappointed. Kids sofa bed is two separate single beds which was amazing for my two kids that like their own space. Great breakfast, although a bit on the expensive side. Pool is small but pleasant enough for a quick dip with a small sauna. Meant to be max 15 people at a time but there was 20 at one point which should be looked into.
