We had a very pleasant, short stay at this hotel. It’s extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and modern. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. The combination of a bathtub and a separate shower is a fantastic idea and added to the comfort of our stay. Having access to the sauna and relaxation area after a long day was a wonderful bonus. Breakfasts were excellent, with a wide selection, and the view of the O2 Arena from the breakfast area made the experience even better. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were brilliant and the room was lovely. We had a great view and as someone with a disability, I appreciated being on the ground floor. The breakfast was also really nice.
