Loved the food, service and warm welcome from all staff. We dined at the restaurant twice and the food was great. We also had the breakfasts every day - granola cup was a big favourite! Loved Room 10, very roomy ground floor, will definitely request that one again! Location is awesome, just a 10 min stroll to town. We used the laundry service once, left it with reception and it was back in our room by the end of the day. Garden area had lots of tables where you could sit for a evening drink or a morning chat.

Beautiful city, river running all along the lower end and it's spread out in so many areas/quarters it makes it really enjoyable finding all the different places. Great shopping centre for shopaholics, brilliant market with lots of food stalls and the main food quarter is amazing. It boasts 3 cinemas and every street seems to have a pub somewhere along it. Loads of clubs and nightlife. The cathedral is stunning, a must go to. From Norwich it's so accessible to many other places along that coastline and railfares are quite reasonable too. Would very highly recommend visiting Norwich.

The city centre is full of historic old buildings - the Cathedral, the Castle (with its newly refreshed Museum), quaint back streets and historic little churches. Plentiful places to eat, easy to walk around, buses for further afield.

The village was beautiful and the Cathedral was magnificent. The walk winding around the river was breathtaking and the Cow Tower was incredible. So much history. There were so many swans, pigeons and doves in one area of the river bank, I was thrilled. I wish I could download my photos but am unable.

We went to Cromer and Wroxham and Norwich town, Gressenhall Dereham which was fascinating we found most people very friendly to strangers and welcoming to us, A lovely place and you need a car to get around more places so we tried to fit in as much as we could. Loads of countryside and lots to see and do.

A beautiful Cathedral city with a lovely collection of Georgian and medieval buildings and a pleasant riverside walk. The Cathedral is excellent with a nice cafe in a stunning contemporary glass and timber refectory. Good shops and restaurants. Don’t miss the Sainsbury Centre which lies at the end of the 25 bus route on the UAE campus. One of Europe’s great art collections featuring early Asian and medieval artefacts through to masterpieces by Picasso, Modigliani, Henry Moore and Francis Bacon. Free entry.

The old city is nicely preserved, the area around the Forum is pedestrian with many little shops and dining options. The market has mediaeval routes and is a must visit, my parents and grandparents loved it and so do I. There’s much history to explore and good bus or train links to the Norfolk coast for a day trip or onward visit.

This hotel is perfectly situated next to the cathedral in Norwich city centre. it purports to be the oldest hotel in UK! I had a deluxe double room which was spacious and well equipped. I especially thought the lighting was good (often not the case in hotels). Breakfast was good and the restaurant dinner was of good quality

Fantastic location, exceedingly easy to stroll into the centre of Norwich. Pubs, restaurants and shops within a 10 minute stroll. Exceedingly quiet location even though it is so close to the city centre. Very comfortable apartment with plenty of room and with a parking spot just outside the front door.

The Marlborough hotel was in easy walking distance of the city centre. Didn't have the breakfast but sounded as if there was everything you'd want in a continental.The room was very clean, convenient on the ground floor and the bed was very comfortable.
