Amazing property. Beautiful rooms and we got an upgrade to 'The Lodge' which was a 2 bed apartment and was furnished beautifully. Great showers and comfortable beds. Mini kitchen which was great. Lollies, biscuits, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, water and hot chocolate provided too. Such a nice touch and appreciated after a long journey. Close to train station and town, both walking distance. Beautiful park 2 mins away. Loved our stay there, thank you!

The room was spacious, had all the amenities already there (iron, hair dryer, ironing board, fan, electric kettle, mugs, sachets of instant coffee, and tea bags plus sugar and two packs of shortbread). The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast had a very nice variety.

Staff at the reception and at the restaurant were polite and helpful. When they did not have one of the menu item my wife ordered, they made it up with a free ice cream which was a nice gesture. Room was of decent size and beds comfy. My kids loved the breakfast spread. Food quality was excellent in our view.

I would of preferred a earlier breakfast but I had some food with me and I stopped later on my journey home. I went to three places including your hotel I would of been really stuck without car sat nav

Really friendly staff very accommodating.

Really friendly staff very accommodating. We travelled with our dog and we were made to feel very welcome to have the dog along with us which makes a massive difference. Visited Chorley which I found to be bustling with shops and everything you would need as well as a massive park to walk round which was brilliant for us having our dog along. We did use the facilities to eat and it was really nice. Breakfast had a great choice and all the hot food was hot!

The property falsely advertised a squash court, karaoke...

The property falsely advertised a squash court, karaoke machine and beach. The property owners have also not returned the £200 security deposit. They refused to answer emails regarding this. I have photos showing property when we arrived and left to show it was left as found. I see this has happened to other people booking to stay with them. DO NOT BOOK WITH COZY PADS UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO LOSE £200. Absolutely disgraceful company.

Preston is a great hub for exploring this part of the north...

Preston is a great hub for exploring this part of the north west. Well-connected by train - and by bus from the iconic bus station. And a great place to come back to to eat, drink and wander around. The newly re-furbished Harris is brilliant - especially if you have children and/or are a Wallace and Gromit fan. For urban flâneurs like us, Preston is a great place to go. There are plenty of interesting buildings, old and new, industrial history and pleasant residential areas to explore. A multicultural vibe plus a university mean there's life going on too.

I came with a group of friends for the 40s event in Lytham...

I came with a group of friends for the 40s event in Lytham St Annes. The Lea Gate was a perfect location for this. We also visited Blackpool tower which was also easy to get to from the Lea Gate. Bus service excellent.

Preston is a nice and quiet town in England's north and...

Preston is a nice and quiet town in England's north and worth a visit for its monumental buildings, like the Harris Museum and Library as well as the Market. We absolutely loved the Wallace&Gromit Statue! The University of Central Lancashire has added to the overall modernization of the town in a very positive way. Three Shopping Centres and the High Street offer plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from!

We stopped here while traveling from the Lake District to Southampton, and Preston proved to be a convenient location. The hotel offers great value for the price, and the staff were very friendly. The check-in process was thorough, providing more detailed information than I've ever received! Free parking was a definite plus, and the breakfast was good. The only downside was the bathroom—the sink filled up with water quickly, and the old bathtub with a curtain wasn’t the most hygienic setup. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Lovely modern apartment with great facilities - especially the bath😍 The apartment was nice and clean and the bed was super comfortable! Short walk into Preston city centre. No car park on site but there is a car park a 2 minute walk away (£10.00 for 24 hours). The sweets and biscuits in the room were a nice touch and the complimentary upgrade made our day. We would highly recommend 😊

The room was the standard of say a four star hotel that's what I thought. Everything in Room 21 was of great expectations and far exceeding my expectations. This hotel will be my base for Blackpool and Preston from now on. The presentation of the room!
