A very friendly feel to this hotel and a lovely welcome from the staff on reception, Paul, Ellie and Brenna. I had accidentally brought the wrong charging equipment for my phone, having travelled from abroad, and reception very kindly offered to charge my dying phone until I received the correct plug later that day! The decor was lovely, impeccably clean everywhere, comfortable rooms, and chilled drinking water, both fizzy and still, available free from water points throughout the hotel. I opted for the breakfast in the hotel and all I can say is Wow! Everything you could want from a breakfast buffet, served fresh and hot, everything clean, and again lovely staff - especially Deanna who made me feel very welcome. I also went down to the spa area. A nice sized swimming pool, two hot tubs, a steam room, and the hottest hotel sauna I have experienced - wonderful! And everything again was kept really clean. On my last evening I had a meal in the bar. Again another nice welcoming atmosphere. The food was good too and piping hot. Good service.

Absolutely blown away. The staff were amazing, the facilities were spot on and the breakfast was fresh and tasty.

We were booked into a smaller room which was not big enough for us. Super staff upgraded us for a small extra cost to newly refurbished room which was much bigger. I enjoyed the gym and the pool and the sauna/steam room.

One of the best hotel stays I have had in recent years. The room and the hotel overall is very clean. I got the impression that real pride is taken in keeping the hotel looking good. I had lunch and breakfast there and the food was very good. All the staff from the cleaners to the front desk were friendly with very good customer service skills.

It is fantastic location and very clean

The room was larger than expected and had more amenities than I had expected. The bed was very comfy and the shower was a good shower too. The room felt very secure and I felt safe. The curtains were great and kept out the light in the mornings.
