Friendly, helpful, responsive team. Gorgeous place nestled in a quiet green spot. The cafe is excellent providing a range of alcoholic and soft drinks, snacks, breakfast and evening food like pizzas and chilli.
There are 2 shower blocks and other cool touches like firepits and outdoor chill areas.
Some swings for children.
It's well thought out the space.
We used a chalet in addition to a pod which was a great self contained cabin.
Everything was super clean and tidy.

Idea location. Great breakfast. Pleasant staff. Very modern decor.
What better way to unwind after a day’s sightseeing than relaxing in a health and wellness spa? Spa hotels focus on maximum relaxation for their guests, with luxury features like hot tubs, thermal pools and professional massage services. Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
Really enjoyed using the spa facilities. The bed was really comfy and the expresso machine was great. The breakfast staff were really friendly and the food was good.
The Thermal suite is fantastic, very relaxing, in need of a bit of a refresh, but the wear and tear on these are very high so to be expected. Breakfast was nice, a reasonable amount of selection. Plenty of free parking.
The spa and treatments were very good and relaxing.
Beautiful outlook to the back of the hotel.
The food in the restaurant and breakfast were really good.
Staff were friendly, particularly in the restaurant area.
Me and my fiance visited for a night's break on the 21st July. We love the hotel and think the spa facilities are fabulous. We absolutely love the heated jacuzzi pool, sauna and ice rooms and made good use of these during our stay. We felt so relaxed afterwards which is what we went for so were really happy about this!
Our room was also lovely, clean, tidy and spacious and the bed is something else....so comfy 👌 More than suited our needs for our stay!
The breakfast was also great 👍 tasty food and lots of choice
The property was lovely, the pool and thermal spa pool with the saunas were amazing, really made the stay worth it, especially with the mixed weather, not far from the hills to go walking, breakfast choice was also brilliant
