The reception team were amazing. We were arriving at a later time than they catered for so they pre ordered our food for arrival which was just amazing. The hotel was lovely and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The room was modern and spacious with a nice big comfy bed. The hotel was only 15 minutes from the airport which was brilliant and there was free parking.

Staff were excellent - always smiling, always acknowledging that you existed and extremely helpful. Room was spacious and well equiped. Would have used more of the kitchen facilities, but time sort of ran away from us.

It was a very nice experience to stay at your hotel. With only one big negative point and so many positive things. Very nice staff and helpful, very nice and safe location. the rooms are very nice and comfy. My first stay was on the 4th of July one night at the 6th floor. Second stay was on the 12th of July at the 2nd floor and that was the problem with the elevator at checkout the next day . I had 5 suitcases. To deliver them down and it took me 30 + minutes. The elevator will go to the 6th floor and comes down stopping at each floor when it reaches the 2nd floor it would be full of people. My suggestion is to tell customers ahead of time what to expect if they are at lower floors so they can either book higher floors or tell them to prepare themselves one hour or more before they leave the hotel to go and wait at the elevator. It was a hassle that I don’t want to go through it again. I planned to move all luggages be 10:20 and finished by 11:15. The Taxi charged me for the waiting time. But again very very nice staff and location. Thank you

    Room was spacious with everything you could need. Bed was extremely comfortable. Exceptionally clean. Breakfast was superb with so many options available. The meals in the restaurant in the evenings menu offered a wide range of options and the food was all freshly prepared. Good sized car park. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.

    Location was great, in the middle of Sale with a lot of options nearby. Olivia and Stephen were great hosts, they communicated prior to and during our stay and made the check-in and check-out experience very easy. The Penthouse has been furnished to the highest standards and you couldn't ask for more.

    Attractive building, well located. Staff and management efficient and extremely helpful. Excellent restaurant, food, drink and bar. Outstanding room, modern and a very comfortable bed. Good parking and 24 hours access to the building with a helpful and efficient reception. I can’t recommend the Belmore enough. Thank you to all who made my second stay even better than the first.
